The only possible way to get them to stop calling is if you SPECIFICALLY ask to be removed from their call list. im not sure why the calls are cutting off. But if you ask, they have to take you off their call list

the person at this number 1-801-701-7613 keeps sending inappropriate messages to both my number as well as my mothers number for the last several hours. please stop or will take any and all legal actions to stop you.

I am one of the people calling.  We are a telephone research company and do outsourced phone research on behalf of other companies.  If you've received a call, it's because you're on a purchased sample list searched from the internet in the field of research.

It takes much less time to write me an email or return my call than to write notes on this website trying to get someone to help you figure out why I'm calling.  I'd be happy to take you off my list if that is your desire.

M&R has called my house anywhere from 3 to 6 times a day for the past two months or so.  When I try to tell the caller I'm not interested, they hang up on me.

We're on the national do not call list as well, but it doesn't stop these pricks from calling, sometimes as late as 9:30om.  You know, I'm thinking of setting my computer up to dial THEM continuously...

Okay - these folks have called : 3 times on Monday, 2 times on Saturday, 2 times Friday, 2 times Weds. They have called as early as 7.30 am & as late as 9.00pm. They must've called another 10 times before this. They are relentless & I'm on the federal do not call list.

its not illegal if you are even on the do not call list since they are doing research and not selling something.
easiest way to get them to stop calling is to ask them to put you on THEIR do not call list. so answer the phone and let 'em know. Otherwise they will keep calling you until they finish the project they are working on that has you on their list and you will be in their database the next time they have a similar project.

I received a call from this company (Hyrum) was the person who phoned me. When i said not interested he became insulting. i'm calling the state BBB to make a complaint. Everyone should do this who has problems because they get fines and eventually shut down- and if you talk to hyrum tell him he is a jerk!

Ugh! THey call seriously every half hour for the past few days and no one answers. We even try saying yes and no very clearly in case it's a recorded messgae asking for opinion and we can't hear it for some reason. We tried everything! and they just keep calling...

I did not answer so the caller just kept calling.

called and talked to hiram- he is a loser! i called to complain about calls i had been getting and he swore at me and hung up. if hes the manager this place is terrible.

called in after getting three calls in a single day. talked to someone named HYRUM. asked to not be called. said I was on the do not call list. he said I was a F*&*king idiot and that the list did not apply to them and hung up!
HIRUM should be fired. if you get a call from this company call them back or call the company they represent and complain about them. Maybe they will lose business and close. that is what I am doing.

The FCC can't do anything about it since it is a research company. The number given above about Hiram is the best to use. He will take you right off the company list but it has nothing to do with selling anything so it cna't be handled from the federal do not call registry. just call back at ext 2204 and hiram chavez seems to be able to take care of it.

Received four calls from (801) 701-9900 over two days. Called Hiram Chairez and I asked to be removed from their call list. He was very polite and said he would carry out my request. We'll see if it works.
