Continued participation in the Utah Renaissance Festival and Fantasy Faire may have a detrimental effect on one's immediate social life, an effect one may not wish to occur. Personally, I have developed a penchant for thicker eyewear, paperback fantasy novels and older model computer equipment.

Sue,
Since you seem to be so knowledgable about these legal matters, exactly what are the legal ramifications you mention, and what part of the Utah civil code are you referencing in your statement?

Be advised that we only contact card members when their cards have been declined.
In this case, we'd have tried to contact you for your card lender not honoring a transaction for tickets that you authorized for entry to the Utah Renaissance Festival and Fantasy Faire.
You may also wish to know that accusing an individual or legitimate business of scam activity can carry legal ramifications you may not wish to incur.

Troll,
I apologize that you did not leave a message to speak with us to get the information you needed about the charge on your credit card. At the Utah Renaissance Festival and Fantasy Faire, we process all credit card transaction from our home computer. This was not a credit card scam, but a legitimate transaction between you and the Utah Renaissance Festival and Fantasy Faire.
Thank You
Neil
