I've been getting calls from this number multiple times a day -- however luck would have it that I would always miss their call. A quick google search returned all the information I needed about these scammers. Finally, they called and I was able to pick up. A woman said I had requested more information about higher education about going to college etc. etc. etc. I played along and finally she said she was going to record our conversation for quality purposes and asked me what my full name was. I responded with, 'Have we started recorded? Yes? Ok..cool...don't ever call me again' and hung up. Haven't been bothered by them since.

I have received 7 calls from this number so far today spanning between 10:55AM- 12:41PM today. They never leave a message.

I have been experiencing the very same thing over that past two days.  The calls are incessant.  'Wish I knew who they were so I could sue them.................

This number is calling me and asking for me and I can tell it's a solicitor so I tell them they have the wrong number and every single time they hang up and call right back a few hours later. I'm getting upwards of 10 calls a day from these people.

Number keeps calling me 3 times in the am 3 times in the pm.

I am also on the do not call list and still receive so far today 8 calls, I am so tired of it. I have also told them to stop calling, have spoke with the same person more than once.

This number continues to call me and not leave a message, hangs up after 2 rings.  With the recent Aruba scam, I will not call back unknown numbers who don't leave a message

This is the same number that's been calling me all day, hanging up after 2 rings or just not leaving a message.

I continually get calls from this number about furthering my education. I have not made any inquiries about furthering my education. I am retired. They will not stop calling. What can I do?

This number is calling 10 to 15 times a day , morning and night.

My experience was really scarey.  They've been calling a lot.  I finally answered.  They asked my first name, I said yes, they hung up.  Called back, rings once and appears to pick up indefinately....

Keep calling me every few days,the woman said it's a recording call and ask me about collge student jobs..??? Very  ANNOYING...

this number has more than one ID name...."degree mentor" and "Leavitt Group". I M ON DO NOT CALL LIST SO I HOOKED UP MY FAX MACHINE. let them hear that. they started calling a week ago and every two days, 3x a day.

I got several calls from this number asking for me and it's only been 3 days they just won't stop. My husband and kids would ask to take a message and they just hang up not even saying who there are or what they want. It shows up as private caller.

this number began calling me 3 days ago starting at 6 am and would call every hour on the hour never leave a message i would never answer then when i would call back it never would dial through. this is a scam and someone is screwing with people and if i could i would punch them in the face,.

This number just called and did not leave a vm.  I am currently doing on line job searching and this is one of many solicitor numbers calling me about education.  

THANKS TO ALL OF YOU FOR POSTING THIS.  I HAVE BEEN EXPERIENCING THE SAME ANNOYING AND REPEATED CALLS WHERE THEY DON'T LEAVE A VOICE MAIL MESSAGE.  I'VE RECEIVED 7 CALLS IN 2 DAYS.  

Same number called countless times daily to my daughter's phone. I tried calling it back but it did nothing. I answered when they finally called back and the woman said she was from Degree Mentor. I told her this number was calling here alot and asked why. She then hung up on me abruptly. I smell scam.

continuously getting calls from this number. I have asked that take my number off their calling list, they still call. I have gotten three calls from them today. This is harassment.

I assume most of the people on this made the mistake of signing up for free samples, or looking at job sites. That's how they get your name and number. The b*****ds trace that stuff. Not answering doesn't make them call any less. In fact for me, they just call even more. So I finally started answering, but instead of saying "yes" to anything I like to mess with them. Unless their calling your cell phone, its costing them money to call you, be they scammers or legit, make them pay for their call. Put them on hold, set the phone down, blast the most annoying song you can think of into the speaker of the phone. After 2-3 calls like that they usually get the picture and they leave you alone.

Oh, and stop signing up for free crap on the net, and job sites.

Republicans do a good job of smearing themselves, they don't need any outside help.
