I had 4 phone calls from them today - luckily I have caller ID and chose not to answer as I was busy. I have repeatedly told them that I order when I am ready and only what we need and I do it all online.

I have spoken to them MULTIPLE times and each time I have re-tell my story: we are happy with the coding books we are buying from you; we don't want to upgrade or increase the quantity, etc. Sales people on the phone can be agressive and sometimes rude so I've stopped answering when they call. I practically have the entire number memorized.

Ingenix is a company from whom my office purchase coding books.
Recently, i've received over 4 hang up messages in which they're on the line & not speaking.
Last week someone called and asked for me repeatedly until i told her i wouldn't help until she told me why she was calling. When she finally said Ingenix it seemed so stupid because I would have worked with her from the beginning. Instead I told her that she shouldn't waste my time or hers by not saying Ingenix from the beginning...
I asked them not to call again, and still got 4 messages from this number. They suck

These a-holes having been calling a few times a week for months now, even after specifically telling them to stop. Their books are available on Amazon for a lower cost and without the aggravation. Wish someone else produced thees books so I could boycott Ingenix all together...scumbags

That just happened to me. IMO, it's pretty poor practice to phone stalk a 'customer' and not even leave a message.

Same here. They have my name, and my number. Not only don't they leave a message, but today they called twice, and both times they hung up after ONE ring!

Then why doesn't Ingenix leave a message ? I buy coding books from them & use some of their software so they do have my number. But it is very irritating that they keep calling and not leaving a message ...doesn't make me inclined to answer it when I can.
