Hey-anyone who gives personal information should be hung upside down by their wallet and credit cards.
Don't ever talk to people at these spoofed numbers, false and trick numbers. A big problem for anyone who does.  Incidentally,  no recording, just a hang-up and more of my time gets wasted too.

I wonder if they actually send you a ticket thing. If they do i'm going to demand my new car! hahahaa, we should call the s*** out of them and demand our new cars! Also, I wonder how many little crappy companies of telemarketers there are that try to abstract information from you by offering some prize.

In hindsight, I probably should not have given them my number, now they will sell it to a bunch of semi-little crappy companies that will try to sell me vacation package deals, subscriptions and other b***s***.

I think I will move to India and create a telemarketing company that calls every other telemarketing company asking for their employees personal information. The perfect revenge.

They have been calling for like two weeks now and I said send it im imma burn it when it gets here

Got a call from the same number 801-810-3013 several times a week 2 or 3 times. never leaves a voice mail. It's annoying. I decided to answer it today and same thing as everyone else gentlemen with a thick accent of some sort mumbling that I've won something. I just hung up.

They keep calling twice a day. Annoying.

Called my cell phone.  Asked him not to call again to which he responded "this is the first time that I have called you maam."  As if that makes a difference.  Hopefully that will be the last time.

That is what I do, only I list them as skams.  I've got one who has been calling since April and never answered and still keeps trying.  Oh,well  he's also stupid.

there isn't much you can do.
1) report to the do not call but nothing will happen
2) ask your phone company to block the third party transfer call
3) get a phone that you can program to block unwanted call
4) List the number in your address listing as a skam so you know next time they call to ignore them
  this is what I so
5) call them back, and when they answer blow a whistle very very long and loud. Doesn't do anything but    
   mke you feel better, or at least it does me.!

I feel you frustration.  I've always wanted a button on my phone that would send back a code that would bomb their phone into the twilight zone.

I hate to tell you this but the do not call means absolutely nothing.  And that is what will happen, absolutely nothing.

The phone company referred to these as a third party transfer. The skams knows you won't answer their calls so they route the call through another area code. They could be anywhere in the world.

Got several calls and when I answered, some jerk just said hello, hello (could barely understand that!). Why are these people even doing this?  It serves absolutely no business purpose at all.  I think they are thiefs, seeing if you are at home or not!

Ugh everytime this number calls, there's no one on the other line and it hangs up. It's so annoying, it calls at least 3-5 times A DAY!  I called back the number and an automated message plays saying they are called IMS Federal Financial Group. I left a message to opt our number out, I doubt it will work. >.<

Here is how I handle repeated junk calls on my cell. I enter the number into my cell contact list and save it as Junk 1, Junk 2, etc. When that number calls again, I simply look at my caller ID screen and cut the call off with the end button. They will only call about 4 times and quit. The callers are "work from home" individuals with speed dials coming off a calling device. Just do not answer the Junk# a couple of times and the caller will scratch you off his/her list. Every 2 weeks I clear out the Junk#s and start again with new numbers. One imbecile recently called me at 7:00 AM after being quiet for a couple of weeks. His junk number was still in my contact list.

They called ~15 times on my cell phone.  When I finally answered one live, they said "I'm calling 415-465-3217" and I said "Uh, no, that's not my number", and he repeated himself, and I repeated myself, and then he called me a liar.  Who are these bozos?

This number keeps calling....no one is there...it is a scam!!!!  Please let us know how to report it!  They have been calling on and off for the last 2 months...I am getting tired of it!~

Sharon, this has nothing to do with religion, and the donotcall list can only protect you from legitimate businesses who are making legitimate sales calls. This group does not fall into that category.

They are a scummy group who is trying to sell shoddy products and services, all on the basis of convincing people they have won something. The gimmick here is that EVERYBODY wins the cruise, but they claim you are responsible for "fees and taxes" which end up being a few hundred dollars.

This moron called me at my elementary school voicemail. A very thick Indian accent--couldn't understand a word he said. DELETE!
