The calls are being dialed by a company called: Opinionology (http://www.opinionology.com)
The company Opinionology is owned/operated by a company called: Survey Sampling International "SSI"
The company Survey Sampling International (SSI) is a member of: the Council of American Survey Research Organizations (www.casro.org)

So supposedly they aren't doing anything wrong and aren't harrassing anyone according to this CASRO.org group, they're "complying with research industry standards, best practices and relevant laws" Their website also says "All CASRO members must adhere to the CASRO Code of Standards and Ethics, the enforceable standard for research businesses for more than 30 years."

Harassing calls they don't answer we hang up.

Received a call about 8:45 this morning from this number. They did not leave a message on voice mail. Caller ID said "Ogden, UT"

I got at least two calls from the above number, no voice mail left.

I called back several times, no one is answering the phone and no voice mail option.

This caller at 801-823-2032 called my mother's nursing home 3 times, at 5:23, 8:20pm, 8:59pm.  She's not capable of answering questions and her number should not be accessible to these people.

"Calling on behalf of Associated Bank"

They called here at 7:50 p.m. CST.  This is an unlisted cell number, no survey companies should have it and it's on the do not call lists.  I don't answer those calls, it just encourages them to call again.  I filed a complaint with donotcall.gov.  They called here twice back in November.  Everyone, please file complaints on this number.  This is really annoying.

I got a call from this number around 4pm CST today....all I heard was a beep.

Received a call from "Unknown Caller - 801.823.2032" saying they were conducting a survey on behalf of FedEd-Kinko's about my recent order with FedEd-Kinko's. He had all the facts correct about date of order, and which store it was processed in. He did not ask any invasive questions. Only real question he wanted to know was if I personally went into the store to order and/or pickup my order. Sounds like a company hired to conduct surveys for various businesses. If you provide a telephone number to a business, I understand they have the right to call you even if you are on the "do not call" list. Maybe wrong, but that's my understanding.

I just got called by this number and I live near Chicago, IL.  I dont know anyone in Utah.  I'm glad I didn't answer.

Got a call from 801-823-2032 at 5:30 PM. Heavy accent, said he was surveying customer service for XYZ Bank and repeated question 3 times...If I had been at XYZ Bank in the last few days. I said "no", he said thank you, goodbye." I just changed my login info.

I've been getting calls from these guys for the past couple days as early as 7:30am. I never answered the call but I just called the phone number that whenastrangercalls found on the western wats website and spoke to a very polite woman who removed me from their call list. The call was painless and took just 40 seconds.

Saw that I had missed this call--no message was left. They attempted calling me at 1901 (7:01 PM). I am not sure who they are or how they got this number, because the line is relatively new and I'm cautious about whom I divulge it to. This is the second number in less than a week that was not only unknown to me, but refuses to leave a message.

Received a call from 801-823-2032, never answered and no message was left. Believe this is a telemarket call. These people need to stop.

live in wisconsin and i also got a call today.   I am thinking it is all about the election because i also got a a call from 305-665-2656.(Miami)  I have a block on my line, and both these callers came through;   this is my third call in the last week and like i said i think it is because of the election
