If the call was an error and  obviously the sender does not know this I contact  the sender if I am able to. .I call the person back to assist them in the event that it is a serious need to make a correct connection. I am a nurse and work with the public.  What has happened to society in general?  Define the word Kindness  to the world.  They just might begin to use it in their every day living.  "Blessing" to you ALL and yes I know a lot of you do not like that word. I have been getting calls for 2 weeks from this number. I finally answered today and it was also some calling about Ebay. Sounded good at first but then he asked for my credit card information. Humm..... Needless to say I told him I wasnt interested.

Just got a call from this number.  He said he was from Ebay and that I wanted to start a business on Ebay.  I said no, asked him how he got my info and he hung up on me!

Wants a $1.00 so I can start making money off my EBAY site.  Once they get your credit card # and submit it and it goes through then they will give you an accout access number & a temp. password to get you started.  He is suppose to call back tomorrow morning to try & get my credit card # to go through from my bank.

After being harassed by some of these people and asking them nicely over and over not to call this is what I did . When you see it is them calling you, SCREAM AT THE TOP OF YOUR LUNGS INTO THE PHONE . They will never call you back. This has worked for me every time. Extreme but effective.

Be careful about checking on Grants online---since I did it I'm getting all kinds of unwanted calls.
In one instance after hanging up the phone 3 different times, I finally told the idiot that I wasn't interested in a College loan Grant--he called me AGAIN the same morning and as I told him, 'You've been reported to the FTC, now don't call me again!'  That was yesterday--so far no more calls!

Got a call from this moron who I could barely understand under the same number.  He was calling about "the money" but when I stated I couldn't understand his stacticiness on the line, he hung up.  I will be adding this number to my block list.

Do not answer..block on cell phone..they are fraudulently trying to get credit card info & ss # in order to screw your life up!!  Their mama's would be so proud of them!!!!

I just started getting calls from this number.  They hang up when I answer, when I call back no one answers.

I've been getting these calls all day long from a group of people that have such strong Oriental over tones to their voices that understand them was out of the question.  The only thing I could understand was that they wanted my Banking information you know things like routing number, and bank account number so they could make the deposits that I was promised when I filled out the grant paperwork that I had requested from them, which I do not remember begging for money from anyone in the Asian area although I would love to have them give me a large amount of money like they were talking about.  They claimed I filed out several forms which would add up to a total of a large amount of thousand dollars grants so I would be able to attend any College that I wanted to and live in a grand style while I was in school for the amount of time that would let me get whatever type of degree I wanted to have to make my future worth much more value then it currently was valued at now.  This all sounded good to me but when things sound too good to be true they usually are just that so I was laughing the entire time I was on the phone supplying them with a line of crap that they just kept buying.   The only problem with this entire scam we were playing on each other took the better part of the afternoon due to their lack of English skills and my total inability to speak and Japanese or Chinese at all.  I?m so poor at this if I was in a w***e house over their I would still come out with my member in my hand having never gotten close to any opening in this location to have placed it so now you can figure out how much time I wasted with them, but I look at it from a view point that the longer I let them waste my time, the less time they could use to harass anyone else and being retired I did not mind wasting my time which would  have gone to waste one way or another so I  really did not mind letting them wasting my time one way or another without getting any information that they could have used for any benefit or against in any way.  So by spending my time making them repeat their selves over and over answering me and my questions it stopped them from calling other people that might have had more important things to do with their time and energy.  So I got a lot of entertainment out of it while keeping them tied up on the phone and away from the rest of you.  So they could not interfere with your day and what you had to do to keep your wife happy.

I keep getting calls from thses people and when I answer there is no one there.. they call 3 to 4 times a day I finally call blocked them. they have called as early as 7:45 am..I told them it was only  7 o'clock in the morning and they are not to call so early..I was told that they will call when ever they want.. On the caller ID it's IP COMMUNICATIONS with the phone num,ber  801-828-2353... they are scammers i'm sure

I just got the same call. It was a female Indian lady with a strong accent. Then she put an Indian man on the phone who was the "manager". I asked where the where calling from they said Salt Lake City UT. The number they called from was 724-352-0103. They told me I was already approved for a grant and all I needed was to pay 1.87 to get my password to go on the website and claim it. I asked him if he worked for the Gov. and at 1st he said no.  I told him the government doesnt hire telemarketers to tell people, they send out award letters for grants, then he told me he did work for the government and kept trying to get my credit card number. I told him I looked him up on the computer and everyone is posting complaints that they are a scam and he hung up. Watch out for these people!!!!!!! He said he was from Grant Funding Source

I was getting 1-2 calls an hour from them.  I was ignoring them.  Finally, on about the 10th call, I answered and said "FBI fraud division, agent Johnson speaking".  They hung up and never called back.
