Got a call from this number as well just now today Feb 25 2014, said it was eyewitness news.
"they" left a message, since I din't pick up, the message said and I quote ----- to start press 2...... so all in all some kind of scam I'm thinking

I got this call at 6:55 on 9/25/13.  I went through the robo promts and responded to their questions.  I thought that they might be interested in hearing the response from a well informed person that happens to be a registered republican that is in favor of Obamacare. I know now that it was a ruse. These people are ruthless.  Have no interest in any opinions.  Don't pick up this call.

Called back and recording stated: Research Departmant and if I wanted to participate to leave number.  Let's see if they call again.

I live in Minnesota as well and received a phone call tonight from this number and the caller ID said 'Eyewitness News'. I was not home to answer it and they did not leave a message.

Just like everyone else here has reported.. I received a call today from the same number... 801-839-7375 The caller ID showed.. "Eyewitness News" and I live in Minnesota. I did not answer the call, and when I listened to my voice mail, part of it was cut off.. but it stated something about a survey that would be on eyewitness news channel 5. or something of that nature. Like I stated.. a large chunk of it was cut off, but It is regarding a survey. (So it claims)

Well, here it is, almost April Fool's Day - no wonder they're still at it!
I didn't pick up when I received the call from this telephone number purporting to be "Eyewitness News."  It made no sense that any legitmate news source would attempt to contact a lone, private individual by telephone. I figured it had to be from someone who was either trying to sell me something, or to hack into my contacts.

Called the number back and their message says "research dept." and to leave your number if you want to participate in an opinion poll or for the research dept.

I also live in Nj. Ianswered it because I was intrigued by the "Eyewitness News" on caller ID. It was a prerecorded "Bill Ritter" who asked some questions about my opinion on the news story about the pilot who went nuts on his flight. Yes and no questions like "would you ever try to subdue an out-of-control passenger?"  (NO--see my nickname). They asked if I was M or F and how old, but certainly no ID questions. I think it was legit.

I also just received a call from this number and ID of EYEWITNESS NEWS.  They did not leave a message.

Same call and number says Eyewitness News. Didn't answer.

I just received a call from the same number and ID. It looks like someone is spoofing the IDs because there is now eyewitness news with this number.

this came as eyewitness news.  That makes no sense.  I live in NJ.  The phone number is from Utah.
