this numbers called me 7 times this month, but i never answer

Calls once a day, hangs up on first ring, been going on for weeks.  I try to return call, but always "all circuits are busy."  Any clue as to who it is?

Unfortunately, it doesn't apply here. (https://www.donotcall.gov/faq/faqbusiness.aspx).  Survey companies are exempt.  The Do Not Call list only applies to companies trying to sell a service.

Borderline harassment are what these people are. On June 19th they called me three times at random hours. On June 21st they called six times about every hour. Not once leaving a message, I decided to finally answer the phone to find out it was just some stupid survey that some lady wanted me to do. Don't they have better things to do then to harass people. They could of just left of message and I would of got back to them if I was interested. To me it came across has annoying and borderline harassment.

Thanks for all the info. They call my cell phone once a day for the past 6 or 7 days but I don't pick up because I don't recognize the number and they won't leave a message so came looking here. Now I will either ignore or put on my block list.

It is a fishing call from freedom works.  They want to know what issues you care about, and the next day you will be flooded with robo calls about it.  They are very annoying.

Called me at 7pm this evening, they left no message.  Research suggests it's a political party bot.

Two calls in two days.  First was a hangup, second was a woman claiming to be from "Freedom -" something.  I asked if it was a telemarketing call, she said, "no."  Told her we are on the do-not-call list and don't accept calls for telemarketing, surveys and solicitations.  She said something like "wouldn't you like to be free from higher taxes, blah blah blah."  I said I wanted to be free from unwanted phone calls and she hung up on me before I could tell her to remove our number from her list.

They've been calling me all day but I'm not able to call them back to find out who it is. It keeps saying all lines are busy. If they call and I'm able to answer, seeing how I'm at work, I'm going to tell them to take me off of their directory. My number has been registered on the do not contact list but I still get telemarketers every now and then contacting me.

Quite annoying.

I've received a call from them 4 times today, I picked it up the first time but told them I was busy at work. They've called 3 times since in the past 4 hours.

I have received fours calls from this number today.  So far every hour on the hour.  I answered once and new it was a mistake, they wanted me to complete a survey.  I hung up mid call.  If they call again they'll go on my call blocking list.

Answered this call earlier today.  They were trying to do a survey. I told them I didn't have time, but she kept insisting I needed to do the survey.  I politely told her I didn't have time & hung up.  Just received another call from the same number, but didn't answer.

I've gotten quite a few calls from this number. I picked up once earlier and I seem to recall it's a politcal call for the Republican party. Now it's gotten irritating enough that I've added the number to my blocked list.

Got two calls from this number in two days. but couldn't pick it up. However, when I called back, it is always busy or unable to connect.
