Call your phone company and ask to add a call block feature to your phone service.

I have received phone calls to my private number, from 1-801-869-1003. I have been receiving these calls at hours as early as 7:00a.m. PST, and continuously,(often upwards of 12 calls a day),and calling into the night, as late as 10:00p.m.PST. There is NEVER any sort of message left on my recorder, and when I have attempted to cease the calls, by dialing the number on my caller I.d., nobody acknowledges my presence on the line, even though the calls have been "picked-up." I simply hear "call center" activity in the background, until the line is finally disconnected. Recently, I did receive a message from a different 800#, whom left a message, alerting me that I have a "credit" on my account with them,& to return the call at once, so as to begin "earning the easy money I had inquired about." I e-mailed the company and insisted that niether I, nor any other member of my household had "inquired" about such services,and, if in fact, they did retain ANY form of currency,(as referring to the "credit" to my account), that I demanded it be refunded IMMIDIATELY, along with confirmation numbers and any/all other information pertaining to my person, as well as my financial information. I have yet to recieve any other contact from this singular e-mail message, yet I continue to have my phone constantly called everyday, all day! I'm obviously concerned about the alleged "credit" to my account, and do not know what would be the best to address this issue, to my benefit, and the appropriate assurance that this company is held responsible! Any advice would be GREATLY appreciated.

I get a call from this number up to 5 times a day. When I answer, there is no one there. They don't leave voicemail.

I received a phone call from (Ecommerse Consulting) 1-801-869-1003 a Utah based company.
They asked for Nora, they did not want to leave a message nor tell me who they were, they have been calling since October 5, 2011 and have not stopped after warnings to please stop!

Oh for heaven's sake "Kevin."  What a crock.  It's bad enough you folks pull this illegal solicitation junk, but please don't assume anyone is going to believe your phoney post about how legit you are.  You are an illegal solicitor, and have now made sure that not only the current posts on this number will be checked by folks visiting this site, but now your company's name is know as a scamming company.  Real smart, "Kevin" ol' boy.  When one is slithering through the mud, it's often best not to raise your head; more people may see you down there.  Get a real job, one that does not involve scamming, spamming and pfishing folks.

Kevin, you are full of crap.  Neither I or anyone else in my household ordered anything to do with scams (oops - making money on the Internet) online.  If you are legit, why do the people who call not state up front what their deal is?  Getting a message from "Bob" at "Work" to call is false pretense.  If you are legit, why are your callers telling lies?  Why are you telling lies?  Why are you calling phones that are on the do not call list?

As to calling you personally?  Why, so you can have your people step up your harassing?  I do consulting and if anyone ever cares to ask me for my opinion of doing business with your company, count on never hearing from them.  Legitimate companies don't have to use deception and trickery and flat out lies to earn business.  The biggest danger to closing you down is to have you open again under a new name and number and victimizing unsuspecting people scratching out a meager survival.

Call repeatedly, at least 3 times a day, they call when I'm sleeping. They won't leave a voicemail either.

I answered. She said her name and asked me a lot of questions, which i didn't answer because she never explained her reason for calling. I had to ask her what company she was with, to which she replied Ecommerce Consulting. Then she said unfortunately our time has ended and hung up. This number somehow got through the do not call registry and called illegally after 9:00p.m.

I received a call for a job interview. They said its for e commerce sales. I am always skeptical and like to research job offers online that promise very high compensation. I found alot of complaints on several blogs, rip off reports, and this site. Looks like another classic up front fee scam. Charging credit and debit cards as much as they can and doing everything to avoid refunds to angry "participants / customers". WE HAVE ALL HEARD NEVER GIVE OUT YOUR CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD NUMBER UNLESS YOU ARE SURE THE COMPANY IS LEGITIMATE! ALWAYS RESEARCH A COMPANY BEFORE GIVING OUT ANY PERSONAL INFO.

The worst part is the job is probably real and they need more people to answer phones / make calls to deceive people or blow them off about refunds as long as possible. No accountability these days so look out for yourself and your friends and family!

Do not give them any info! They will probably sell off your personal information as a "opportunity seeker" if you don't give them your credit card number! There office is located at 4424 S 700 E Murray Utah 84107. (Just south of dowtown Salt Lake City utah.)

Make sure when you come accross these types of scams you take steps to expose them. Only way to stop all the corruption is make it no longer profitable!

Jason Kilcrest at (866) 731-8113 x6398 was who I spoke with.  I also have had to deal with a Lisa who said their site was thedirectcommerceacademy.com.  I have recently been getting spammed with both phone calls and emails.  How is this stuff not illegal?

Scary stuff... I am also on (and have been on for years) the do-not-call lists and apparently these guys aren't getting it.

Same as much of the above... got a call... didn't get to the phone in time and it went to the answering machine - he/she left no message.  Don't know this number.  Have had problems with a sketchy work-from-home company lately, so maybe that?

This guys were trying to call several times. I picked up the phone and it was Jason on line.  He was pushing me to sign in for the work from home. He was enthusiastic at the beginning of the conversation but at the end he sound unprofessional, very arrogant, and called me stupid for not excepting his offer to become reach. This is a scam!!!  Stay away from them.

I answered the phone call.  As a matter of fact I heard someone chewing something.  I said hello for the second and third time.  No one answered.  I assumed they were trying to get audio through my phone or this was scam.  Disconnected phones.  Called the # and said it was regarding a Google Kit.

Missed call, called back from a blocked phone, receptionist answers with 'ECommerce Consulting". Assume its a scam and don't bother with it.

Don't know who called me from that number.  I won't be answering it should they call again.

Earlier tonight on October 21, 2009 I had a man call my house asking for a Jennifer. He doesn't speak very well and he said that he had an accent of a New Yorker. He said that he was calling from ebay. I hung up on them and they called twice more and I just let my answering machine get it. They didn't leave a message or anything.. about 15 minutes later the phone rang again my mom picked up. This time he asked for an Ashley. My mom told him that we were going to call the cops and seek legal action and that we were going to star 69 the number and write it down.

Calling me and asking if I set up a Google kit, I have not and advised to quit calling my number and have asked repeatedly to remove my number from their calling list. I have added my number to the no call list and will seek legal action if this continues.

I received a call from 801-869-1003 on my cell phone and I have am on the do-not-call list as well.  I did not answer the call, but called the number back.  A recording identified it as "The Corporate Office."

i didn't answer - they didn't leave a message. i dont know the number, or even the area code so i can only assume it is some sales call. i have set up my phone number on the do not call list as well.
