This must be an outside service for school districts. It enables them to send mass messages out to parents. It will keep calling until someone picks up or a machine answers.

It is from Riverside Unified School district. It's stupid that they use the UTAH prefix, as most of us will just ignore the call. Best way to stop is to call RUSD and have them remove you from the auto dialer

Despite being in SoCal, and the number originating in Utah, it seems to be a messaging service for our local school district. We receive multiple calls per week and it's always some informational message from our son's school.

it must be a voice message service because the voice mail I got from this phone number was a message from my school district (which is nowhere near the 801 area code area)
