I got a postcard saying I won $100 to Wal-Mart or Target. The man I spoke with had an accent and he was hard to understand. He spent a lot of time telling me how they would send me the card and it is spooky because they even had my address. The catch really came at the end when he said it would cost $1.96 to send me the card and he wanted my Visa or Mastercard number whick I would not give him and I hung up.

yes it is a card saying u are going to get a $100 in rebate certificates.I decided to google it and say that it is a scam

thanks I just got a card with this #.they said it was toll free.It looks supicious bcoz there is no web site or return adress or anything

This is a scam. So please throw the card away if you received it in the mail.
