Wants to lower my utility bills.

Sick of this number calling me EVERY day, multipile times a day. I have the number blocked on my cell phone but it still shows up in my history so I can see how many times a day this idiot is calling. Very annoying.

Constantly calls me too. I just ignore the calls. I'm gonna start calling and harassing him too.

Scumbags from "Energy Savings Alliance". Based out of a call center in Arizona.Parent company is named "Green Monster". They state they scrub their phone list against the DNC list. They are liars. I have had my number on the DNC for 5 continuous years. They have been calling me for the past 3 years..... 1 to 4 calls per month. F rating with Arizona BBB. They also call from multiple phone numbers with different area codes to make it appear on your caller ID as if they are a local call.

Here is small part of their response to a complaint with the BBB about unwarranted telemarketing calls:

"I want to assure you that ESA is a legitimate company doing business here in Arizona and other states. We are a call center that conducts business with the highest regard for people?s privacy and respect. We are engaged in one function only, and that is to schedule appointments for third party companies to visit with homeowners. These third party companies do in fact help home owners reduce their utility consumption through a variety of products. The Federal and state government as well as local participating utility companies do offer large rebates and incentives for making your home more energy efficient. These third party companies also help facilitate the entire rebate process for the homeowner. I tell you all of this so as to put your mind at ease, this is not a scam and we are not selling anything over the phone. We are in fact paid by third party companies to schedule appointments."

These idiots have been calling my home phone at least twice a week for over a year now as early at 8:00 AM on a Saturday morning.  Since I work nights, I've had to resort to taking my land line off the hook while I'm sleeping to avoid being awakened by ESA's robocalls.  I've flooded the Do Not Call list with complaints and yet the calls continue even though I screen all my calls with an answering machine.  These folks obviously aren't too bright if they keep calling the same number for over a year
when they've never talked to a live person.  I recall reading somewhere that ESA is a non-profit government contractor, so that would explain why the FTC refuses to do anything to stop these robocalls.  That sounds logical:  another waste of taxpayer dollars by the federal government!  Anyone who is dumb enough to fall for ESA's spiel about saving you up to 40% on your utility bills has got to be a moron!

Same thing.   He called a lot over the summer.  For a long time I didn't answer.  When I finally did, I told him I wanted to be on the do not call list.  He didn't call back for awhile, but he's recently started calling again.

They call from two to three times a day. They call our fax line. After almost a year they actually figured that out a week or so ago and tried to send a fax for several days. We had already blocked answering a fax from that number long ago of course. Then then quit calling for three days. But now it is back to calling as an apparent telephone call. Wonder how many more years they will continue to try.

I would suspect this is a small time creep because they can switch from voice to fax in response to changes.  Still slime none the less. The thought that they are using manual calls to a number which has demonstrated over and over that it will NOT answer them in any form both reinforces this and also illustrates that they are probably local (to Mid Norther Utah - somewhere around Ogden or Logan), small time and not particularly bright.

Oh yeah....read my post below! He is a weird son-of-a-bi***. He is the reason we all hate telemarketers. Such a turd.

This worthless breath of life keeps calling me! He asks for William (which is not me). Then he asks for my parents! Excuse me?!? I'm an adult, why the hell do you need to talk to my parents?!? He refused to take me off his calling list unless he talked to my parents!

I LOST it on this guy.... His reply was "why are you swearing at me when your mom and dad are in the room?" There is a reason this dumb turd is a telemarketer- he is completely unintelligent, annoying, and clueless to reality.

They have been calling for several months.  5 of the last 35 calls to my house phone came from this number.  (I erase the list regularly.)  They call early morning, middle of the day, and in the evening.  We don't answer, and they never leave a message.  Am thinking of buying a phone that allows us to block specific phone numbers like this one.

the number is on my call block, and it comes though anyway, the ring is different, I can't answer it, the ring won't stop, so I have to turn my phone off.  

Please stop calling me multiple times during the day.

A lot of good having an unlisted number does.  It is also registered with 'do not call'.  How many times do they call before they give up?  Being unemployed does help his cause any. )~

Everyone that buys meats, veggies, dairy products, etc., at a store in the USA is trusting the FDA. Whether or not they are intelligent enough to realize it.

Called and didn't say who he was calling for. Knew my first name at least. I said I was working and busy and the caller said he wouldn't take up much of my time (twice). He didn't say who he was with so I hung up.

Getting calls from this same number about lowering your energy bill.  Why are they calling when I'm on DNC list!!

Mike has called 8 times.  Somebody get this guy for being so annoying. He is trying to sell something related to house refinancing, I think.

This person has called my number 5 times today, from this number and 8772146378.  I have filed complaints with the do not call registry on both numbers.  When do these idiots realize that you are NOT going to answer the phone, it is so annoying.  Next time he calls he is getting the airhorn!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Called a few time and claims that they can save us money on energy bill.  Also, called and when asked who was calling made excuses and hung up.

These guys keep calling and asking for my husband.

They keep calling my husband's cell asking for me... tell them not "her" number and they hang up.   Got their automated make one time. .. gives an option to be removed from their  list,  but they keep calling

Call from ESA, said they represent government utility tracking, wanted to have me take a survey, I declined.  Kaysville, Utah number.

In the last month, I have received numerous messages from someone saying they are Mike with ESA and they want to let me know how I can lower my utility bill....sounds like a scam sales call.

I have received several calls from this number even though I am on the Naional do not call list.

They keep calling and calling about lowering utilities or something.

What ever happened to the DO NOT CALL List....that is a scam also. Disconnecting my phone service ..tired of this crap
