I too had this weirdo texting and calling me late at night.

I am guessing this person just types in random numbers on their phone. The number I got was 801-941-2538. But the caller ID app I installed said the name was Kaitlyn Ferrin.

Well, looks like she hasn't stopped.  I got a call last night at 1:15. I didn't answer cause I didn't recognize the phone number.  Then she text me "Hey what you up to" I wrote back "I'm sleeping. That's what I'm up to. You have the wrong number, I have no idea who you are."

I thought it must have been a mistake until I just barely got another text just like last night "what you up to".  So I searched the number and found this page.  She better not keep this up or she will wish she didn't contact me.  I don't take this kind of crap lightly.  It's harassment and it's easy to see she has a long record of doing this.  Just try to keep bugging me Kaitlyn and lets see what happens.

I got a call from this Kaitlyn person and right when i said hello she hung up right away.
she then texted me saying hey its kaitlyn whats up? i said which kaityn because i have a few and just got a new phone. then she said Kaitlyn ferrin what you doing hows your night? i said who are you looking for? she then persisted and said you lol. do you want to know how i got your number jw i then said that i had gotten a new number and i just got this phone yesterday. she said do you want to know how i got your number jw i then said i have google your number and saw all the reported phone calls and texts that you have sent. i then told her fortunate for me, my dad is a cop and my uncle is Lawyer and if you don't stop then you will get worse than reported. she then called i ignored she texted me bye and just hope it stops. it all occurred at 1:04 am

This person is real.  Her name is Kaitlynn Ferrin.  She gets your number from church directories or randomly and she will not back down once she has made contact with you.  She is blind so she does what she can to meet new people.  I think she does this because she is desperate for a relationship.  She asks really weird questions too.  Eg. "Are you ticklish and where?  Do you like to have water fights?"  I'm still scared from the ordeal.  DO NOT RESPOND TO PHONE CALLS OR TEXT MESSAGES.

Oh my gosh! I hate Kaitlyn. F her, dude. She was texting "are you single, what's your height, weight, do you play instrument jw" to my friend, I texted her, pretending I had wrong number trying to figure out if someone we knew was messing with us, turned out to be the worst mistake of my life. Continued calling and calling and calling and was effin crazy. I finally answered and lied, said I was only 15 years old and was messing around with her and that she was soliciting a minor at this point. Haven't heard a peep since!

This girl kaitlyn keeps on calling and texting me, saying she dialed the wrong number but she said i sounded cute. texting me "can i ask you some questions jw?" "what do you do for fun jw?" "are you lds jw?" "do you dance jw?" keeps calling and hanging up. she has been known to use the number 801-941-6555 but now use 801-941-2538. i called her back and said i have just googled your number and... then she hung up. then texted me saying sorry and i dont want to get in trouble. seems like she has a problem doing this and i am not sure of her entente.

just got a lot of texts and calls from Kaitlyn. asking me what i am doing, what i do for fun. what kind of girl am i looking for. very odd. says she called the wrong number but i sound cute.she says she is a full time student. she called from 801-941-2538. 1/23/12

Just got the Call from our Lovely Kaitlyn, had no idea who it was so I looked her up while reading this she called just about 10 minutes ago I answered in some crazy deep psycho voice and she hung up on me... too crazy I'll report her to the state and hunt her down... Crazy A** B**ch...

okay so my friend started telling me this morning that some chick will not leave him alone and she is just out of her mind crazy and that he looked her up on facebook and she is YUCK!!!!  but before we found this site and saw that she has done this to tonzzzzz of people he had me pretend to be his girlfriend and cuss her out... so i did lol  than we found this site and i totally called her out on it and asked what the hell is wrong with her psycho a**. Than she called me and was like hi this is kaitlyn and i was like your a F*$king psycho than she hung up on me and said sorry i dont mean to be. good bye!  ???? WTF

i got a call from 8019412538 at 12am and she hung up when i answered and i have to be up early for class and she wouldnt stop texting me and she also tried to call while i was at school and i am just glad that i googled the number before anything happened and good to know that i am not the only one this weirdo has annoyed and i wonder how many people have fallen in to her lies.

I received a call at 11:30 PM from the number 8019412538. I heard what sounded like crying so I Googled the number. I found several forums complaining about this number doing the same thing and then initiating a text conversation. As I was reading this info a text came from that number. The text appear to be prescribed and I suspect a phishing scam of some sort. I have opted not to reply to any texts and have set this number to dump into my voicemail automatically. I will be reporting it to my cell phone provider once they open after the holiday.

This dumb b*&%h started texting me from 801-941-2538 tonight 7/30/11 I blocked her number but everyone needs to file a report with the police and the phone company I will smack her dumb A@# if I ever see her

Don't think she'll ever stop. I wonder if it's some deranged phsyco killer using the name Kaitlyn Ferrin. Perhaps it's some hacker using a computer system to find people's numbers. She's calling now from a new number: (801) 941-2538

Same story as everyone else. She called me, I let it go to voicemail not knowing the number that was calling me. Did not leave a voicemail but immediately texted me "hey what's up?". After finding out her name I stumbled upon this thread and just stopped responding to her. So far so good. Perhaps she's lost interest.

She wont stop calling and texting my phone. This is a new number which makes me really mad because i do not know how she got ahold of my number. She calls and texts all day. She called at 1 in the morning, she wont answer how she got my number and repeats her questions. How do we block her? Should we file a police report?

Point of fact- my google email was hacked about 10 minutes before this. anyone else have the same issue?

she's been calling me as well, same story as everyone else. are the cops and/or phone company able to do anything to stop it?

I got the exact same thing. "Ok i was playing with my phone and i was trying to call a friend who has a simular number to yours and I axadently dialed random digets on my touch screan and called it and it was your number I am so sorry I truly hope your not mad I would like to get to know. You if that's ok if not I understand sorry again you have a cute voice by the way can I ask you some quiestions jw" kept saying to quite texting me over and over. Finally at 3:00am (first called at 1:00am) she stopped. Hope that is the end of it.

I thought some additional information would be helpful in regard to Kaitlyn Ferrin, the person who continues to make harassing calls and text to people.
Currently the state of Utah has Kaitlyn Ferrin listed on its payroll via the Utah State Board of Education.

Same thing happened here. Texting and calling. Blocked number. Thinking of printing this off and going to the police station with it along with my phone.

So my wife and I both have numbers which are 1 number apart. First she called my wife @ 115am from ( 1 801 942 2040 ), but I picked up and she hung up. She started texting my wifes phone, so I googled the number right away and found these posts. No more than 30seconds later, she called my number. I answered and yelled "Kaitlyn Ferrin you stupid bi***. Call or text our numbers one more time and it will be the police knocking on your door when I charge you with harassment." She hung up right away, and all calls and texts stopped. Thank goodness for Google.

I got a call from her as well at 1:09 am, kinda of pisses me off because I'm in college and super tired all the time especially if I get interrupted in sleep. Sounds like her number needs to be blocked asap.

This girl got my HUSBANDS number and has been talking to him non stop...i replied to her to not text him anymore, and then she called.... i called her back sayin it was his wife and to stop calling and texting him.... hopefully it stops... i was a little suspicious at first but after reading these it makes sense.  if i find this chick... she's goin to get an a$$ wooping from a pregnant pissed off wife..... :)
