i got a call from this number, after receiving a scam call from another number, so I was suspicious about this one and didn't answer. then I checked on here to see that others have reported this number too. beware.

I have received a few calls from this number and finally decided to pick up and answer. The caller ID said Six Figure Consulting.  He said he was Robert with Google and wanted to f/u on my inquiry into making money with Google. I did a little reserach on my own and decided it wasn't for me. I'm not investing a lot of money to make money. I let him run his spiel and then cut him off telling him I wasn't interested. I asked him how he got my number but didn't get an answer. Obviously, Google is selling our information to these scammers.  I finally hung up on him and he called right back to get my answering machine. He started out by stating "Wow, we were talking and you just hung up on me." He started rambling on so I pushed the stop button on my answering machine. I then called my Security Screen and put their number on my "Call Rejection" service that I ordered through Qwest.

It is a scam from Las Vegas and Utah that BBB is awared of but no action. I contacted FCC suggest all contact FCC, may be ?? the Obama administration will stop this type of SCAM.

He said that i requested info (which I did not) and was calling to offer me a free 30 minute training session....hmm, i don't know about this I was thinking so i let him ramble on for another minute as he started asking me for info about myself...I told hi i had no time for this, and did not want to be called again. He sounded like he was giggling a little, so i just said have to go and hung up on him. What the heck is this??

I continuously receive calls from this number...anybody know who it is

They continuously call, claiming to be from google, they are not from google, I know this for 2 reasons, 1 801 area code is based in Utah and google's headquarters Googleplex is based in California. This is nothing but a scam, I am not even sure how they got my cellular number. I threatened to calll my attorney and the FTC. I hope they don't call again. They call 5 or 6 times aweek, maybe I should send them a bill for the minutes they wasted on my number.

I have the same problem even though I am on the no call list

I stupidly signed up for the google scheme. Cancelled yesterday, but so far 2 calls today and no messages.

I am in Canada and they just called twice in a row.  I have call display so did not answer.  I had signed up for the google information and reading the comments above I guess I will not answer either!

It's Six Figure Consulting AKA Joshmadecash, the google cash scam. Look up this same number on all the "who called me" sites.

I got scammed by a company claiming to be Google.  You pay them $1.97 to pay for what is supposedly creating internet ads on the computer for them.  They make it sound so easy, of course, when they call you back to tell you your material is on the way, they try to find out if you are financially viable, creditworthy, etc.  I saw red flags go up and I intentionally answered derrogatively just cause I knew it was a scam.  Anyone trying to find out if you have good credit or money available to invest in a company, scam big time!  They gave a website of www.easytothrive.com and told me to check them out with the BBB, D&B, and the Chamber of Commerce.  Wackos!!  I want my $1.97 back, can you imagine how much money they are scamming off stupid people like me!

I just called them back and left a message to stop calling me!  Same as above, continuous calls - no messages and no response when answered.

They just called me.  I signed up about making money from google and they are consultants.
