They will call 2-3 times/day but never leave messages. They use multiple numbers with 801, 866, and 800 prefixes. When you answer or call back, they are very aggressive. They must be on some sort of incentive b/c all they want is an online payment or to schedule one. They are the most rude of all debt collectors.

AE is the most disorganized company on earth. One person calls you, then another, and another. Each one has different information, but doesn't know the firm's policies or procedures. All they want is money and don't care about resolving issues.
