Received a call from 801-977-4101. It was UPS customer service trying to reach me regarding a package that I needed picked up. They left a message for me to call them back.

Got another call today from this number and answered it. You probably need to know that this is a UPS customer service number.

I received a call from this number from UPS customer service tracking a lost package. They did leave a message and call back number. But they only allow about 20 minutes for the call back or they divert the trouble resolution to a next process. don't know what happens if you don't call back in time.
Very helpful overall.

they called me with this number to report results on a lost package investigation, but left no call back number (I had to trace the number myself) and when I called it, recording says "this is a non-working UPS number)!
