The Phase "Are you honest in dealings with your fellow man?" suggests not calling phone numbers listed in the Do Not Call Registry.

Just answered a call from this number. Since I checked this number here before, I was aware of them. I answered the call "Midwest Dispatch. Do you have an emergency?" The caller then asked to speak to the manager.
(Midwest Dispatch is a made up name of course).

I then advised the caller that this was an emergency line, and suggested that he try calling the administration office. Then I gave him the State Attorney's (Administration office) Fraud division LOCAL number.

Hopefully, he will call them and they may track the violators. Just be sure to find the local number for your own state attorney's office so that the area code will still be in your area. Let those responsible to protect us from these calls start accepting calls being made to us.

May we please pass a Constitutional Amendment making it legal to hunt down these scum bucket thieves and ship them off to Nigeria where they can all work on e-mail scams?

I will visit them and club them like a baby seal.

Just received a call from a guy (sounded like a call center room from India) saying our business won something in a drawing for businesses expanding in our area.  We are also registered on the Do Not Call list and they still call.  Told him we were NOT interested.

Saw the number come across, did not recognize it, so did not answer.  No message.  Really appreciate those taking time to put info on this post.  Very helpful.

The Federal Do Not Call list will not stop these A-holes.  They have called me on my cell phone at least a dozen times.  I immediately ask who is calling and what is their business; at which time they go into their spiel about the scratch-off lottery.  I immediately tell them that they are calling a # on the Federal Do-Not-Call list, I am not interested in anything they have to offer and that they are to never call my number again.  

I just received another call from a truly arrogant woman (with an accent) when I stated I was tired of their ongoing scam calls; she had the nerve to say ..." oh, you're running a scam, I'll have to report you to the police immediately."  

I've reported the number to the Do-Not-Call list complaint site; but if they are calling this many people and it doesn't end; I can only guess that the FCC is too busy thinking of ways to make things more difficult for people; rather than doing something productive like shutting this and similar companies down.

I had received several calls at my work from this number. Just now they called and asked to speak with a manager. I replied "What are you calling for and what do you need?" and they mumbled something under their breathe and hungup. Obviously spammers, looking for vulnerable individuals. Annoying.

Let voice mail pick up and they hung up without a message.

They are a boiler room preying on innocent, unsuspecting Americans.

I hope they all die an untimely death.

Freedom Financial. Called and asked to speak to the manager. I asked what it was regarding. She said, with a heavy accent, that our number had come up in a drawing for a Scratch Lottery Card. I told her I had a couple of words for her f*** you and hung up.

These people call called me again!  I asked this caller to caller me back on another number.  I gave them the number for the regional Federal Trade Commission office.

Caller ID said "Federal Financial", so I answered. The middle eastern woman asked to speak with a manager. I said they were out to lunch. She said I (me) could still help. She then goes on to say that my number has been randomly selected to recieve a free scratch card, blah-blah-blah. At that point I said we were not interested and hung up. Next time they call, they will routinely be put on hold.

Just got the call again. I started to ask questions then asked them to hold to answer another call - wouldn't you know they hung up

I waste their time. They say they have a scratcher card and Ive won. I always ask them to scratch the card, tell me what Ive won and send me the prize. Waste their time like they waste yours.

CONTACT FEDERAL TRADE COMMISION FTC..report the number online..simple..

Caller is Federal Financial - Telemarketer representing several companies. Usually they call & do not leave a message. When I called the number back, I got an automated system telling me to leave my name & number. I dialed "0" on the chance I would get an operator. Lo & behold I got a real person and  told them to remove our number from their call list immediately. The lady I spoke to said she would take care of it. We shall see!

I do get this phone number calling but never pick up.  I finely Google number to see how it is .  Glad to know. want all is saying about it  I did  thought I was on the do not call list so have no Idea how they get my number.
