I thought signing up on the "no call" list, you weren't supposed to receive this crap! Who is in charge of stopping these dopes!

Another call from 802-264-3580 to cell phone.  Rang a few times and they hung up.  Notes here indicate this number has been used to call people for more than 3 years.  Um, they are going to stop this today, right? :)

Another call from 802-264-3580.  Original call (5/15/14 7:55 Eastern Time) to my cell phone left a voice mail message about a health survey CT dept of health.  This one just rang twice and they hung up.

I have been repeatedly harrassed by this company AFTER I ask that they take me off thier list...of "random people"

I have asked them to cease calling me as I did not subscribe to this "study" nor do I want to volunteer info to some random caller. They have repeatedly been calling me AFTER I have asked them to stop. This is harrassment.

If you make it clear that you're not interested, they are supposed make two attempts, but if you say "now is not a good time" and assume that they are allowed to consider that a final disposition, then HANG-UP after that every time they call you may receive the phone call several more times (which is fairly inconvenient for almost everyone)...

Caller id'd himself as being from the CT Dept of Public Health.  Caller ID showed a Vermont cell phone.  Something clearly wrong with that picture...

I continue to get phone calls from them even though my husband answered my phone last week and answered their questions to the survey.... The only reason he answered the call is because it was a VT# and we have family there... So like many others have stated this number now goes right to voice mail.

Yet another call from this number AND 802 861 6971.
Trying to ask lots of personal questions.  We've had at least 12 calls over the past week.  Told them we will not answer their questions and do not call again, but they do.  They're argumentative and keep saying this is a necessary government survey to protect our health!

I traced the telephone company from where the numbers are registered and they said they wouldn't help as they wouldn't play 'judge and jury' so go to the police instead!  They refused to budge.  I've had to pay extra to put them on call blocking from my home phone.

I'm sick of getting calls like this even though we are  on the do-not-call list.

I finally saved this number to my contacts, labelled it "blocked" and assigned it "no ring"..  They still keep calling, but at least I'm not disturbed by the ring.  This is certainly a nuisance.

I received a call from 8022643580 from a man named Moe claiming to be from the CT Dept of Health.  I told him to take my number off his list and hung up.

Last night, before I received the phone call, I received two text messages from 4438427559 also claiming to be part of a survey for CT Dept of Health and CDC.

I've received multiple calls from this number claiming to be the CT Department of Public Health from Vermont, and have asked for my health information. I've asked to been taken off the call list and clearly, they have not done so.

Received a call from ICF asking for health information.  This is an intrusive action which attempts to gain privileged and confidential information protected by HIPPA.  Do not disclose this information, as this coul lead to increased insurance premiums, and inappropriate sharing of information with third parties.

New tactic, they are sending text messages first:
You have been selected to participate in an important survey sponsored by the CT Dept. of Public Health and CDC.
Please answer a call from 802-264-3580
But, the message was sent from this Maryland number   (443) 842-7559

Can't the state of Connecticut keep these jobs in state?  How about giving to UCONN or Quinnipiac?  Good Health starts with a good job

That's the problem right there, namely the do not call list. When I had my number on the list, I was getting more telemarketers than before it was on, or since I took it off.

Here's a possible explanation. Rec'd letter from "State of Connecticut, Dept of Public Health" last week - 3rd wk of Sep '12 -  though dated Jun 1 2012 (go figure, must be Gvmt related!) informing us that we would be contacted for a public health survey. Interview is "15 - 20 min."  Thanks for warning.  Have not answered - as a working person with kids, no time / patience to take calls from unknown "unsolicited" solicitors, period, which is why we have CID.

I received a letter in the mail about the fact that this survey was going on and asking me to please participate if called.

I live in CT, but they called my google voice number which is based in Georgia. No message.

I forgot to put my GV number on the do not call list, so that's what I'll be doing right now.

They are still calling to do a survey for the Connecticut Department of Health. What a waste of my tax dollars!!!

6 calls in two weeks, in spite of our asking to have our number removed from their list.  When we said we don't do surveys by phone, the caller asked us to explain why?  It must be a scam, leading to some kind of health offering.  I am contacting the CT department of health directly, as well as the Conn. Attorney General.

I too keep getting missed calls from this number, and do remember getting a voicemail about a CT Health survey, although hadn't put the two together until I saw these posts...thank you everyone. Will now put the number in contacts with a do not disturb, right to voicemail. They also tried calling me at home and didn't leave a message there either, hang up but caller id on message was same 802 phone number.

Called on our land line. 6th time in last 4 days, but when caller ID says Unknown name AND they don't identify themselves when it goes to answering machine they'll never get us to pick up.

They call and call and call.  Never leave messages xcept for 1st time at 10 pm!  Leave me alone, I'm on the "do not call" registry.
