Call their fraud depart 800-3489-5457  and report the number, make them start an investigation... if enough of us call they can shut down the number.

Just received a call from this number on 10-10-11.  803 area code is in Vermont and I know no one in Vermont.  This isn't the FIRST time I've received a call from this number.  Received one the week of the 3rd.  This is a credit card offer but they make it sound as if you already have a card with them and they can lower the rate.

Not interested and don't want any more calls from this company.

I tried that number today, and I was blocked, or they "are not taking calls" today...  Very odd!

I have been getting calls from this Vermont number for the past few weeks, and since I know people in Vermont, I try to pick up, but there is never anyone on the other end, and then the call just ends.

Amazing! I remember when having a phone was a privilege, not a pain. They called, I pushed 1 and told them not to call and reported them. Hope everyone does the same, otherwise it will never stop.

I'm on the DNC list too and keep getting calls from this number. I never answered as I screen numbers that do not give their company name, but was intrigued enough to look it up. Glad I didn't bother answering the calls from scum who flout the rules.

I called it back to put on "Do not cal" list. Received the "Not in service" message; this was today, 10/5/'11.

Same thing has happened to me daily the past three weeks. Each time I ask who/where they are, they hang up. I've spoken to 5 of their operators and told them I'm on the DNC list and told them to remove me and they still hang up! I filed a complaint with DNC list... I've tried to call these people back, but it says their number is disconnected.

I received a call from this number but did not answer and no message was left.

They keep calling while I am at work and not leaving a message and when I call the same # back, it says that the phone # has been disconnected.

I told this person off when they called...They asked me why I was not interested...I said (Listen here you stupid idiot I know you are a scam artist and you have been told several times to not call back!) That man is crazy!!!!!

Its a scam. They broke into our phone system. The lady was real nice, and she was very calm, she said that they are working to stop the hackers...

802 321 1223 are scammers! Ive had problems with these jack***es before !

Even though I am on the national do not call list, I am receiving calls from 802-321-1223.
They leave no messages nor answer when I call back.
I live in north carolina and do not do business in vermont.
Please take their phones away from them!!

Have told them many times to quit calling me but I get at least 2 calls per week very annoying

ROBO CALL regarding "lowering my credit card interest rate or balance." This is the 14th call over 8 days regarding this...just using another #... Caller ID states phone # and shows ALBANY VT.

If you have EVER had a credit card...these companies buy info from issuing bank/credit union, etc., therefor becoming "affiliated" with that bank through a "third party agreement" and pretty much allows them to call you regarding your account or, other services related to that account or bank/credit union. This allowed by federal law...read the fine print. It sucks...but thank the federal government for that one.

Got a call today. I don,t answer calls if I don,t know the number, so thanks for the info. I will report them to do not call if they call again.

How can these people get away with this anyway.  I bet that if our congessmen had to answer there phone there would suddenly be some real bite to that do not call law

This is a violation of the do not call list which I am a member of !

Their number is being hijacked by some telemarketer.  They aren't calling people.

I never answer a phone call, screen all of them, and just pick up if I recognize the caller.
