I received the same phone call trying to upsell your warranty.  They must not have any information because I have a lifetime warranty on my car and no where near the anniversary of the purchase date.   Scam.

Called my cell, knew my first name. Lady was talking too fast all I got was "vehicle department" - after a couple times asking, who is this? where are you from? she hung up on me. When I called back I got a message saying:

Thank you for calling
Our office is currently closed
Please call back Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM, Pacific Time
Thank you

I called at 1035 EST... which is 0735 PST. Imagine that. No name of the business on the message and it's a VT area code with hours on PST? That's not fishy at all...
