They have ccalled me all day saying I'm going to get arrested tomorrow.
I cursed "Michelle Williams" out told her A** stop calling my phone with this foolishness

I have received two calls every two days from 802-440-3066 for the last two months this Indian woman claims she works for the U.S. Attorneys Office. She tells me that my email and SSI number have been used to obtain a loan from US Cash Advance and that I've defaulted. She said that Cyber Police are investigating
me and that a warrant is being processed for my arrest. She asked if I defrauded this company because I was having hard times or planned in advance to rip U S Cash Advance off.  She made a point of telling me at least 3 times that she was associated with an attorney's office. I asked the amount of the loan and she said her paperwork didn't give that info; but that there is more than one claim and they all total $802.00. She also said the company intends to sue for $4000.00 if I refuse to respond or payoff this loan.   Needless
to say I live in California and US Cash Advance does not do business here. So maybe these scammers are
finally slipping up and going to get caught. At least I hope so

If you pay them you would be doing a stupid thing. You can't pay criminals to stop them. Ignore them, block them, and report them.

They just called me and threatened my job and my kids.....My friend just told me to look them up... So thankyou to everyone for the info.....They just told me the same things they told you guys, EVERYTHING! I didnt know if I should pay them are not...

It is a scam they called today five times in one minute so I called them back and when I told them that I was going to sue them for harassment they called me a moth******er and hung up the phone. So I called them back a second time and this guy started to cuss me out in Nigerian and calling me a stupid American. They are a scam and if u want to get rid of them just call back and tell them u going to file a complaint for harassment .

I just got a call from them they said I needed to talk to their attorney I told them I would call back. I tried they could not find my paperwork. Ten min call from the minutes later I receive a from the Indian guy telling me he was my local police. I call the  police they  said companys pay for a program so they can call you from an emergency phone number to scare you in to paying them. They also told me you can file a report with the police department. They have been calling me for months thank you I will call and let them know I am reporting them.

This phone number calls and tbhreatens if I don't send. Them money...I know they r a scam...but what can we do as consumers?

some idiot put my phone # on a payday loan application, so for 2 weeks I received 20+ calls a day offering me loans and and lines of credit. Those tapered off over the weekend, and now it appears the information from the loan application has been sold to some Indian/Pakistani scammers.

I got the exact same call. The threatened to have me arrested and claimed to be some type of law firm.

This same people call me last week say warrant for arrest for fee that count get out my check account for pay day loan that apply for, but never say anything about any fee being take out my account. if fill out one on line pay day loan there got ssn number, bank account number and drive Lic number don't apply any loan on line are you be get this kind phone call from this people to final break give money for stop call you. I file police report on this company last week and just wait and see how many more call be get.

I too am getting calls 15 times per day from 445 am till .. 1130 pm cant get them to eell me their company name or what I am being sued for its a scam dont fall for this they wanted me to send them money on our card and they had my last 4 dig of my ssn I applied for a loan on line and the calls started  the guy even told me to suck his d..k when I asked him questions and they sound like they are from india no liget comp would talk to you like that

they claim to have legal info aginst you and have you arrested if you dont pay them with western union it is a scam they are in India dont pay them abc did a investigation on them in july i keep calling them back and it really upsets them they dont answer now so i use a different phone and bother them more,,so they dont know when i call .....

This number kept calling me telling me they are legal services. They did not specify with which law firm they are with. They just immediately started threatening me telling me I owe such and such amt which I have no record of.

This is a criminal extortion scam operating out of India. They are making the calls utilizing VOIP and the names of legitimate firms to make it appear the calls are originating from within the US. There is NO "company" or "debt" and you will NOT be arrested. They are harvesting and/or buying consumers' personal identifying information from unscrupulous websites like the one you may have filled out an application with, and you need to do whatever you can to protect yourself. This includes: Notifying the FTC: https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/, placing fraud alerts with all three credit bureaus, notifying your bank and employer and letting these criminals know you are aware they are attempting to extort money for a non-existent debt and have alerted the authorities.

I have just about had enough with these bull s*** call's saying they were going to down load my file to the court's if i don't pay them 782.00 i had 2 hour's to pay it they say i have a pay day loan that i never paid back why don't something get done about this crap.

I got a call from them today and yesterday. So I called the lady back saying it regarding and loan. That my lawyer needed to call her, and I asked her what law and what lawsuit she said "It could be student loan... etc" I told her I have them but they dont need to be paid until 6 months. So I kept cursing at her she told me this was a federal line that language was not excpet able. so i hung with her. and she was telling me that i will be arrest at my job or work couldnt understand her so i started cursing at her again to see what that loan was for blah blah before she hung up she SAID DONT CALL THIS NUMBER AGAIN!!! thinking you keep calling me leaving me vm. hahah IM SO SICK OF THEM CALLING ME !!! AND SHE NEW THE LAST FOUR OF MY SSN!?!?!

I keep getting calls from this number telling me they are a Legal Investigation Dept!!!!!!!! and that I owe money on an unsettled account.  They tell me I need a lawyer present with me to take care of this matter.  They are very rude and I would like to know how they got my SSN.  There are many other callers with a different number and they tell me the same thing.  I am so tired of answering my phone and their on there.  Please we need this to stop.  Thank you very much!!!

I have had it with these MF..R'S  I am so sick and tired of this scam b***s***.  How do they get my info.  Telling me I am going to jail....blah blah blah.....And did I mention English isn't even his 4th language.   I have started calling them back,  over and over and over and over.....they don't really like that.  lol  BEWARE BIG SCAM!!!!!

got a call  from  802-440-3066  saying that some file was going to be down loaded to a court  in Indiana, that it was a lawsuit,  that i needed to provide them with information.  when asked what the lawsuit was regarding,  he couldnt tell me ...when asked who he worked for he  rebuttled a previous  line...  then i asked  him again what the lawsuit was regarding and he started to tell me that i didnt need to give me any info  call me a S.O.B  and HUNG UP........VERY SHADY
