I received a call from this number also. They left a 3 second silent voicemail. I am on the Do Not Call registry also. Evidently it doesn't work 100%. I don't care. They can call all the want to. I never answer any number I do not know, and if they leave voicemails, and I don't want to talk to them, it is their dime they are wasting, not mine. I have unlimited minutes and texts. All I can say is even if they were a real auto warranty company, doing business like that would have them declaring bankruptcy in a quick way!

I rec'd a call on my cell regarding a car warranty.  As a NYC resident, I haven't owned a car in years.

I got the same robo call about my "expired vehicle warranty"

I answered call today, it was a robo message about purchasing a car warranty.  They called my cell.  They did not identify what company they were.

I received a call from them on May 29, 2013. I don't have voice mail, luckily. I read the above posts so I didn't call back. Thanks everyone for sharing this information.

They just called my cell 3 times in a row and left no message. I called back from a different phone and it is a recording giving instructions for being added to their no call list.

Just got a call on my cell "NEW" Cell phone 01:02 EST, did not answer it as I did not recognize the number.

Instead, I just Googled the telephone number then added to my listed of unwanted Telemarketers!

I really wish they would OutLaw Telemarketers and "Legalize" Hunting & Killing of Telemarketers!

Don't call on my cell phone as I pay as I go.  I have warranty or whatever, etc.  DO NOT CALL OR BOTHER ME!!!

Received two calls within a week, both with the identical pre-recorded message "This is the 2nd notice that your vehicle warranty may be expiring"

Just called...no message.

Got a call on my personal cell from this number. Came up as a call from Burlington VT, I'm in New York. I didn't answer and the message that they left was 4 seconds long and sort of sounded like whistles and then they hung up.

I called the number back. The message did not state any company information. However, there was an option to press I think #2 to be placed on the "do not call list".

"Press 1 now for Do Not Call list"
THAT was the message left.

Damn telemarketer... when they called back and I asked what vehicle this was in reference to... they hung up.

They called me about the 2nd attempt about my car warranty. My car is 12 yrs old and it's been pd for. I would assume that the warranty is long expired and I sure as heck won't qualify for one.

I did not answer the call. They left me the following message:

"If you get this notification, it's not too late. Please don't make the mistake of driving without a warranty.  You're still eligible to reactivate warranty coverage.  This is the final call before we close the file. Press 1 to speak to a representative now about your vehicle.  Press 2 to be removed from the follow up list."

How I know this is some BS telemarketing call.  (1) They never mention my name, or offer a vehicle description of the vehicle this call is in regards to. (2) They are telling me that "[t]his is the final call before [they] close the file," yet they need me to "[p]ress 2 to be removed from the follow up list."

In brief, unsolicited advertising calls to cellphones from companies you have not given consent to call you are unlawful and may be subject to pay you up to $500/call.  So if you happen to answer them, DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION ABOUT YOURSELF, tell them about this Act, and tell them that if they ever call you again you will report them to the FCC.

Left me some half-cut off voicemail about driving without warranty. Robocall, I assume.

Got the phone call while I was at work. Answered it thinking it was the dealership I had went to last night calling to tell me that I was approved for a car loan. Hrm...why would my warranty already be expiring?!? Figuring out that this wasn't for me or was for my old vehicle that I wrecked about 2 months ago, I told them I wouldn't need it any longer. They told me that this would be a better warranty. Asked me for my debit card # and my routing # information like 5 times during the call. Luckily, I figured this was a scam I didn't give them my information. Finally, got to some supervisor and they said that they work in line with dealerships to enhance experiences and then wanted to know if I wanted some powertrain bumper-2-bumper warranty. I said sure, that'd be great. I told them my home phone # was 588-2300, my name was Blue Empire, and that my routing # 654321. As soon as I gave them the 'Fake' routing #, the call dropped out. Way to go scammers. Too bad for you that you'll only get idiots with this. People, please be sure to call your -REAL- car insurance/Warranty company before giving out any of your personal information to these phishers!

Yep, same here, auto warranty robocall.  Thought it was highly illegal to robocall cell phones?

This number just called me and left no vm. I called back and it kept saying "if you would like to be put on the -do not call list-, press 1." i didnt push it. I hung up. I also got a call yesterday with a vm saying my cars warranty needs renewed which it doesnt... My google account was being hacked by someone in russia...And also my identity has recently been stolen according to the IRS...so im a bit paranoid....

just got called by this number - did not answer - they left a voicemail but I deleted it -glad I didn't answer it  - I don't answer numbers I don't recognize - ever -

Didn't answer, didn't leave message - suspect robo call.  Only place I gave phone number to recently was local college and hair salon.

I got the same thing. May have had contacts hacked. They will ask if you would like to be placed on a do not call list!!
