THIS GUY IS A FRAUD. HE USES SEVERAL NAMES, INCLUDING "STEVEN NELSON" AND "JESSE ESTEVEZ". HE IS PRETENDING TO BE FROM A REAL COMPANY, BUT HE'S NOT. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ANYONE USING THIS PHONE NUMBER.

Calling repeatedly - what happened to the "do not call" list - why haven't these people been pulled off the telephone lines and fined??

I have just recieved a phone call from this company- what a jinx... When if was put thru to the travel company i asked  what was the initial  company and was given the name " political opinions.org. I hung up . and i went to that site and thought it looked strange.

I have put my phone number with donotcall.gov so you better stop calling me or you will get into trouble.

I have been getting quite a few phone calls from different members of Political Opinions of America.  If you go to their homepage website you can see for yourself what I'm talking about.  Here is a link to their number removal from their website down below.  Your number should be removed from their list in 24 hours.  This is what I did.

They keep calling at all times of day and early evenings. When picked up just to see if they will speak, there is no response. They never leave a message when the answering machine answers it.

When these companies call me I sing "Jesus Loves Me" to them. They hang up fast. Give it a try, sing to them when they call.

These people keep calling my parents who are 88 and 84 and it messes with them immensely.  I've blocked them with my local service by using *60.  Everyone should.

Robo call re: a political survey.  Survey completed then forwarded to live person.  I demanded to know who they were affiliated with.  They said Caribbean Cruises partnered with politicalopinions.org.  No such web.  Demanded to speak to supervisor who saud the same thing.  I insisted they tell me how they got my number given I;m on the No call list.  Got same drill about partnering for political survey.

Calls over and over on my cell phone, please stop them

Call from 802-552-8012 (Montpelier VT). They just hang up when answering machine picks up. They are now blocked by my OOMA! Thanks Joe of 22 Feb. 2012 for a great message on how to handle some of these calls!

I am on all do-not call lists; State of Wisconsin and Federal. have been signed up for the ?Do not call list? since its inception. I renew all phone lines regularly and even consulted with my Attorney, before signing up my cellphones.  

I believe the Do Not Call List is as big a scam as any running today. It is a government agency and all the promises and actions taken are designed to keep their jobs. I have yet to recieve any confirmation for any report filed.

   @   All telemarketing companies should have their name on the caller-id
   @  "Survey call should have thier name on the caller id, and if they attempt to sell or recommend or promise free items, etc.. It should ffall under unfair or unethicall business practices.

Do you pay a monthly fee for this app?  Sounds great if it works!!!  We have ATT :(

Has anything ever been done or followed up on the complaints you file officially?  I mean does anyone really do anything about it?  And if so how do we find out who has been calling...we're all on the DNC list so something isn't working and no one is fixing the bugs.

It's also my cell they are calling, and it's been on the DNC list for 5+ years.  Seems like this is happening to everyone across the country all of the sudden.  They don't leave a message, or there is no one there when I answer...are they just stealing info from our phones when/if someone does answer?  I heard they can clone your phone and use on their end for bad things; they can get all kinds of info off it if it's a cell too - sure hope that isn't true!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Got a call from them today, I didn't answer because I didn't recognize (nor is it a collection agency) Call at 4:54, caller ID said it was from Montpelier, VT.  I am in Kentucky.  No message left by caller.  Called it back and it was just a super fast busy signal, that always means something isn't right!! Anyone have a company or name associated with this number yet??  Thanks!
