Legit call to confirm an appointment with flooring installers.

I got call from this number, the woman was a bi***, was talking down to me, acting like I was an Idiot, I have a new floor going in soon from Lumber Liquidators. Can't believe they have not and complaints about her. She should be fired.

HSS Professional Services.  This is a legit call and they are trying to schedule an appointment with you that you requested for flooring or window treatments.

Actually, they follow up on quotes you have gotten from contractors; probably through ServiceMagic or Lumber Liquidators. They want to follow up on your decision and collect a deposit. They did leave me a voice mail and in it they said, "if you do not respond we will assume you are no longer interested. Their quotes were way too high so I was not interested. Seems they will give up soon/

Actually, The Home Service Store is a Home Improvement Call Center that is nationwide. They are the liason between the customer and contractor. They work with companies such as Sam's Club, BJ's, AAA, Costco, etc. They are not telemarketers nor do they sell or solicit anything.They probably were calling to follow up on a request that was made for home improvement in one of the affiliated clubs to ensure you were provided with the upmost customer service.

Called twice now, doesn't leave message.  I won't pick up calls like this.  Google search revealed it comes from "Home Service Store" in Rutland VT.  Some service that coordinates home improvements and upkeep.  Im in NJ!

If they call again, I am reporting them.  My number is on the do not call list, and I have no business with them or their affiliates.

Got the same call...didn't answer it. No vm was left.
