Please stop these calls to my home!!!

I WILL NOT ANSWER THIS CALL.  THANK YOU.  I THINK IT IS AN INSURANCE INVESTIGATION... THAT'S MY READ.

This number calls my cell repeatedly.   My IPhone has the ability to block calls.  So I set it to block (802) 861-3485
Burlington, VT.

This company (ICF) 1-802-861-3485 calls numerous times per week and sometimes daily. They called Christmas Eve 2013..Rediculous.  They won't go away...I do not want them calling, but they continue..

I just called the number back. I recognize the recorded voice, I spent hours trying to sign up for health insurance for my pregnant wife and the same lady did the recording for DES. It's legit but I still wouldn't feel comfortable giving personal info...

I just got a call from this number asking if my number was a cell phone. I read previous posts calling land lines... My phone is a home phone that connects to verizon towers. Since I said it was a home phone the heavy accented lady previously mentioned said the survey was not looking for home numbers. I had the inkling that they wanted to get my personal information. I was not going to trust this lady with my name even.

Take me off your calling list. I am already on the National DO Not Call List, and the National Cell Phone Do Not Call List...but these telemarketers  keep calling anyway.  We believe it is a scam attempting to phish private ID info.  DO NOT respond to this number !!

We get numerous phone calls from that # also (802-861-3485) and caller ID show's it's coming from 'ICF". Just got a second call today (Sunday!). Our landline # is on the DoNotCall list which is SUPPOSED to cease all these types of calls... makes you wonder if DoNotCall employees sells lists to telemarketers. Let all your calls go to voicemail or if you're home and they call, just plug/unplug the phone  :)   MOST importantly... do NOT answer the phone or they'll register your landline # as a legitimate live person who picks up the phone when any calls come in!!!!!!...then, you'll be put on all kinds of telemarketing lists. Also report this # to the FCC. Reporting it to AZ Health Services will not help as the call probably does not originate from AHS.

It seems like a legit survey.  (That doesn't mean I want to participate.)  Here is the link to the AZ Dept of Health Service web site explaining this survey.  They mention they use ICF.

They left a message and a different call back number than the Caller ID: 877-364-0914

I do not want any calls from this or any other survey or unsolicited called..please remove our number..

Who is this calling my number?

I receive this call daily, even evenings and weekends.  My caller ID says ICF.  My husband has already answered this call and told them he doesn't want to participate in their survey due to the personal questions asked..  They still call and leave a message to call back and do the survey.  The voice message says that they are from the Arizona Department of Health Services.  I do not want my taxes going for this harrassment.

It is very disturbing to get calls asking personnel questions.  What can be done to stop "Federal Health Dept" calls?

Perhaps if he receives tons of daily emails they will STOP using ICF to call everyone multiple times daily.

EVERY F*CKIN TIME _ DON'T CALL US - And every time....They are calling randomly a number for the CDC and Arizona Health Survey - WHAT IS there only ONE NUMBER you call until they answer you????? STOP THIS - Multiple times a day they call - this is frickin bad.

Called my landline phone number three times in 12 hours. The first time they left a message claiming to be a Arizona Department of Heath Services survey (does not mean it is true). The second time a women with a heavy accent like the were from India left a much briefer message saying they were from the Arizona Heath Department with no mention of the survey. Third time the message was just dead air.

This is my old landline number that I had transferred to magicJack, I kept it after I got a new magicJack number for friends and family etc. The number has been "out in the open" for many years so I have no phone attached so I can use it to give to those I don't want to hear from or those I'd rather call back at my convenience rather than talk to them when they choose to call. magicJack sends the voicemail message to my designated email address without keeping any other record of it. It's simple enough to set a filter to skip the inbox and delete voice mails from a specific number so I never hear from them again no matter how many times they call.

This number calls a couple times every day - I am not interested in any survey, so how can we get them to stop calling?

This caller with Vermont phone number identifies itself as a survey for AZ Dept of Health Services.  I am on a direct mailing list with AZ Dept of Health Services.  If they wanted to contact me with a legitimate survey about the health of AZ residents, they wouldn't need to resort to a third party telemarketer.

Please remove me from your computerized calling list.  I have zero interest in your survey and consider these calls  be disturbing phone calls.  With a little more information I will gladly pursue these disturbances in a court law.

This number, apparently the Arizona Health Study survey calls my number several times a day, up to 10 pm and no one is there.  When I call back there either is no answer the line is busy.  Should be illegal regardless of being a tax payer funded survey.  Anyone  have a number and name for a supervisor there?
