Unwanted call and hung up on answering machine.

Recorded message stating that someone in my family had fallen recently and they ordered this free emergency medical alert with free shipping!   All lies and a total harassment scam,  can't the FCC or someone track these people down and BEAT Them with a switch!!!!

Please tell me how to report this company. This is total Horassment! Agent 9875, would not take me off the list and I tole him I had asked 6 times befor to PLEASE DO NOT CALL, It isa scam for sure! How can they say someone paid for this for you and the shipping is free.. I would like to report them to the BBB..

Received call on 5/7/2013; previously received another call from same male "voice". They said that a family member purchased a medical alert for me, and it was ready to be delivered. He talked over me when I tried to state that no one ordered anything and I am on the "do not call" list. I hung up.

Got the call to install an already paid for security system...Very insistent man...
I'm not of an age to require such a system and i tried to tell him that.. he talked over me so I hung up on him

Recieved a call and it was a recording tell me that it was life alert. They said the medical alert was already paid for and shipping was free. He said press 1 to set-up a delivery date. I hung up ...total scam.

Consistently calling and stating he is from emergency alert.  Told them to remove me from their call list but to no avail.  Will not stop talking and is obnoxious and calling on the pretense of an emergency alert system that he says I have but I do not.

these ace holes keep calling and leaving messages about their emergency alert systems. Their iq must be at room temperature. My phone is on the do not call list.
I will be reporting them when I finish this message.

I have gotten repeated calls from this number.  I answered the first one and the caller wanted to arrange the delivery of some medical alert device that I did not order.  He said somebody already paid for it in full.

Just got a call from this number requesting a date to set up a medic alert system for my residence. I am not that old as of yet so therefore I did not order such an item. Please just hang the phone up . Or what you could do is say that person has moved and give them the number to your local hospital .

Annoying Repeated calls.

Caller tried to solicit credit card number for an item that was not ordered, stating it was ordered by a family member.

"John" called from this number and INSISTED that a friend or family member had purchased this Emergency Alert System for us and had even paid for the shipping (!)  The system was "...just like you see advertised on TV."  "John" would not stop pushing his product even though I kept saying, "NO!"  "I'm not interested!"  I finally had to hang up on him.

They called my recently widowed mother to solicit a cc number to pay the monthly service fee for an emergency alert system.  They told her that her family had given it to her. They were very persistent and pushy.  Definitely a scam.

Got a call from them today - when I asked why they were calling a number on the do not call registry, they hung up. I reported the number to the DNCRegistry.

left message, saying that they were sending me a medical alarm button, that I asked for (I didn't) that I paid for (I didn't). Called them back, they said it was free, but I had to pay 1 dollar a day plus "fees". I told them 1) I did not ask for it 2) I did not and would not pay for it and 3) If receive I would consider it a bonafide gift. They hung up..

Rang 3 times, no message

Robo dialer - rang 3 times and left no message.
