They called me at 8:42PM I JUST moved, transfered my cable service with them and added intetnet. They are already getting an extra $45 a month from me, what else do they want?!

Thanks for the information. I've recieved SEVERAL calls from them, and when I answer - nothing, absolute silence. When I call back it says the "mailbox is full" and then offers to transfer me to an attendant " who cannot be reached."
At least now I know!

Yeah, me too, they won't stop. I've always been happy with Time-Warner, but am starting to detest them with this constant harassment. I'm on the DNC list so this is basically all I get, and it's too much.

Yeah, they call me from this same number (803)-251-5400, about 3-7 times a day. It's super annoying but I gotta admit I'm very very satisfied with TWC's internet/TV services. It'd just be nice to be left alone once in a while. I use my cell phone for everything, and don't need the extra home line. If you see this number on your caller ID, just ignore it and double-check to make sure your account is OK. :)

They called me at 8:00, 8:15, and 8:25 Friday night (Nov. 16). I imagine they are attempting to sell their new digital phone service as I already have service with them.

Have called me 4x in the past 2 days. 7pm last night, and again 3x in a row tonight starting at 5:30...Who and why? Very annoyed!

They have been calling several times a day without any identification on Caller ID as to the source. When we answer there is silence, which indicates it is a telemarket call. I have hung up the phone each time without speaking to anyone and do not plan to answer the next time I see their number on my caller ID.
