This person texted me "Hi! How are you?" and said it was Kevin. When I asked what I could help him with, he asked "Is it wise to ask a woman her bra size?" I didn't respond after that and have now blocked the number.

I called it and a very young sounding boy or girl answered

Got a text from this number, tonight, asking how I was. I inquired who was asking and was told Kevin. I asked Kevin how I know him. His response was "San Francisco ice cream parlor in 2011." When I told him that didn't ring a bell he said "It is ok. You will recall soon. Who should go first: boys or girls?". I said "Sorry, not interested in playing guessing games." To which he responded "Bye, sir or madam!" It seemed like someone randomly picked my number but iPhones can block calls and texts so I'm not worried in the least. The number is listed as being on the Cingular network, indicating that it's a mobile phone. I have every intention of bombarding the number with MASSIVE amounts of vile texts.

It's a kid, between the ages of 14-24.
They will not leave both my mother and I alone, claiming that if we do not block him then we will not stop being HARASSED by him.  His name is Kevin Edwards, and I just reported him to the police in my area via online report.
If you wish to do the same, then feel free to, because this is a person who is harassing, being incredibly rude while being a hypocrit by stating I am rude because I did not give him my name, nor answer his question about "how you are doing?"

I tried to report him to THEM, only to be told that they cannot do anything.  Makes no sense, but whatever.  As long as he stops harassing both my mother and I, then I will be content with that.
