Caller ID was BILLS. They call at just two minutes before 9:00, the legal cutoff. I'm paying them tomorrow but they keep calling three or four times a day, The callers are third-party collectors. I've already sued one collector and settled for $600, more than  I owed. I'm going after them next.

I took a loan from Western Sky/Cash Call and had a couple of months where the payments were hard to make, also had one returned (my fault) just because I forgot to transfer money from my primary account to the one they draft from.

Yes, they are "relentless" but what do people expect?  If you take a loan from someone and, for whatever reason, don't pay as you promised to do why does it surprise you that the creditor calls???

Yes...I understand that if you don't have the money then you don't have the money but don't sit there and cry about getting phone calls...NO ONE HAS TO ANSWER THE PHONE and there are ways to block numbers.

In other words; this is the trip you signed up for...deal with it...that's what adults do!

These people are relentless. They use all kinds of different numbers.
They are from all over the country.
They call every hour on the hour from 8am-10pm Mon-Sun.
These are some of the numbers they use.
I get new ones everyday. When they realize noone is going to answer the phone the change their
number and location.
They are a payday loan company that is really "Western Sky" They are owned by the indian reservations.
They are exempt from complaints as they are considered non profit. Which is BS because they charge 300% interest on their loans.
How is that non-profit or legal.
I am going  to find a way to sue them for harrassment.
There should be a way to get a class action suit against these people.
