I called this number back and it is some cosmetic company asking about makeup parties.  I asked for my number to be removed from their list.  They called 3 times within 3 hours and did not even know who they were calling!

I keep getting calls from this number and they never leave a voice message (I'm always working when who ever this is calls)

I keep getting calls from 803-339-1582.  When I answer, there is no one there.  It is costing me minutes on my cell phone.  How do I find out who is doing this?  I have tried reserve phone number lookup and it says it is a land line but unpublished number.

caller was rude.  when i told him that he was wasting my minutes he kept talking over me and asking me what was making me uncomfortable.  I asked him to remove my number and he ignored me and kept talking.  I told him that HE was making me uncomfortable and hung up on him.  I said a prayer for this man.  Anyone who has to work that kind of a job must have a miserable life.  I pray that he finds a job in which he is happy HELPING people, not insulting them.

I am receiving calls from this number and 8038254161 and it is asking about doing a survey and then hangs up.
