I just receive a call from this person Tracey Ferrell, she stated tht she is a special investigator and someone file a complaint against me for a restraining order. I was shock .I?m going to get my attorney involve, they are trying to scam people. These day we have Google, I Google everything

My husbands grandmother received a call stating that I had a pending restraing order against me and gave her a case number and a phone number for me to call 803-369-3108. When I called the person immediately went into the fact that I was going to be sued for a bill and that I needed to pay or else I could be charged with fraud. Stupidly I went ahead and set up payment arrangements with them, thankfully on a prepaid card. I tried to call them back today and the number just rings and rings, this is when I decided to come home and look up the number, and this is what I find. I am very upset that I got scammed out of my money.

Got a call from these people yesterday - googled it and found this page.  Decided it was a scam - then they called my work and my daughter!!  WTH!  So I called them back - the number goes to a call to a voice selection to call about the "case" or work with someone to pay the acct off and another selection that asks about leins and seizures.  I went to the one about the case first - spoke to a lady who became rude and beligerant when I asked her about the supposed client she said she was working for.  She claimed to be hired by Loan.Com. I asked again if I could know the name of the client I supposedly had the bill/complaint for.  They said they are not given that information.  We went back and forth with her now yelling at me for refusing to pay a debt and me asking why they don't have the information.  I asked for the name and phone to the "parent company." They said they don't give out that information.  Seriously?  She became so hateful saying she will see me sent to jail and hung up on me. I called right back and talked to another person - a guy - and he said he also could give me no details other than he was working for Loan.com and was told to "do his job."  Then he too hung up on me.  I googled www.loan.com and Their website is chocked full of advise on scam artist that fit the very profile of the people that are claiming to represent them.  I filled out their contact comments and gave them this phone number along with what happened.  They have not called me anymore - so far.

Just got the same call from unavailable nbr. They also have restraining order against me! Good luck with that!

I am glad I Google these things.  I just received this call too.  The name of the "Special Investigator" was Tori Anderson.  Same call back number, Complaint filed against me with a restraining order.  Whatever people.  It's too bad there's no way to turn this back on scammers.

Called me too, from a restricted number it said on my cell and then they called my office number. Said she was Special Investigator Little and I needed to call that number to have the details of a Restraining Order against me explained, whoosa! Idiots!

I just got a call from this number this morning on my cell and again 2 minutes later on my direct line at work. I didn't answer either but the same person left the same voicemail on both lines.  Said her name is Christi Little and that she was a special investigator and that there was an urgent legal matter regarding someone filing a restraining order against me.  She used my old last name that was legally changed over 6 years ago.  She didn't leave a company name. Only a docket number saying I had to call 803-369-3108 within 24 to 48 hours or have my attorney call.  I googled this number right away and found all of this information as well as a phone phishing malware website about an investigation on this number. I was advised by my local police department to call the FTC to file a complaint at 877-382-4357 which I did.. I encourage others to do the same..

Looking for people at the wrong number and address can definitely end up getting that person you're looking for or an innocent person with the same name kidnapped or even worse, beaten and killed. That's if they have plenty enough of time on their hands. Just thought I'd let you know that Mr. Special Investigator before you go calling the wrong number.

Received a message from that number giving us a case number, had a court appearance for a restraining order.  Knew that was impossible because I've only lived in this state for a short time and don't know many people.  Called me on a house phone that nobody except family knows instead of calling on my cell phone which is the only thing with my name on it. WTF! Feel better now that I know I'm not the only target in town. Thanks, everyone, for your input.  Merry Christmas!

I keep getting emails saying that  I owe and there will be legal charges aganist me.  Please stop the calls

BEWARE, BEWARE of these people, They must be working off old charge off debt. lists, not only did I get a call today but my daughter got a call concerning a debt from her deceased father,the they stated they were going to have a restraining order on her if she didn't pay a portion of the debt, how they are targeting phone numbers..... I don't know but they are going to great levels!!!!
Do not give out information, I tried calling the number they gave on my work cell phone, the number they gave was:
803-369-3108 then I had a police officer friend investigate the number beware this is a bogus company!!!!!!

Just got the same call from this very "Mr. Perry" stating I or my attorney had 24-48 hrs to reply or there would be a restraining order against me.very scary thing is that they had my married name from 20 years ago. Exact same phone # as being given to others.
Very scary!!! Beware or whoever is doing this.
Scam scam scam

They called my brother yesterday about the samething about a month ago. But this time it was a male that called him, he stated to my brother that he has a suepena for me and this is the only addres I have for me. My brother told this guy stop call here and he dosen't live here.
So I can that number back first time, he told me that it's for cash advance payday loan and stated you had made payment agrrements of 105.95 for Dec 11, 2011 and it came back NSF. I told the guy that I request to cancel my payments and send me a supeona I cotinue to satted to him that I don't owe no one sepecially CashAdvance" and I report my card stolen that night. I then asked my information then all of sudden he hung up on me. I called back the second time got the same guy I talked, I first ask why he hung up on me, no answer, line was slience, when I said hello he told to wait why I get someone else, another guy came on and told what is going on, I relpy back you sound like the same person, only thing he said to me that the supeona will mailed out to me within 10-15 days, then he hung up up. I called the third tiime and got a female I have asked for their address and she continue to give me 4700 Forest Drive, Columbia, SC. I told her that strange when I looked up the address your business isn't their, she stated we have been in business for 25 years at the same address, we like to keep our business private. The I asked her why don't you send any letters or legal documents to my address, her reply was we don't send out documents. Then she butted in and "I have several calls coming I got to go" and she hung up. When she said that I didn't hear no phones ringing.
That business address I have spoken with the building owner and he stated told me that their is no business of that name in that building, never has been, The number isn't eve from Columbia Area, the number is from Salley, SC an hour away from Columbia.

I got the call too about restraining order and its pretty scary.  They also called my son.  it was supposedly a Samuel Owens that called.  I am so glad to find this sight but will be contacting my state's attorney.

I am glad I am not alone!  When I came home from work last night, my father called me and told me that someone had called saying I needed to call this number because there was a restraining order out against me!  Of course my parents and myself panicked!  I called the number and I was told I had an outstanding balance due from Bonton from 2006 and I could settle today!  I called Bonton and they had no record of me owing anything!

I keep getting calls from this number asking me to retain an Attorney!  They have a fake case number, I looked it up in So Carolina!  I blocked the number from my phone .  It must be a scam...

So I called the number and told them repeatedly that I did not take out a loan on the date they specificed.  They guy ended the call by saying I'll recieve a supoena in 10-15 days asking me to appear in court to defend myself.  I say great, look forward to it.  Does anyone think I'll actually get that supoena?  hahaha I doubt it.

Please stop calling harrassing me at my Job. They continuously call and I have advised them to stop calling my job, even my supervisors, and other leads has continuously advised them to stop, a block was put on my job number however they have found a way to get through any ways.  The last caller was Tracey company DLS she states she is a private investagator. Your company or this company do not have authorization to call me at my job.

Got lots of messages from people from another country with their names John Smith, Lisa whatever. I knew they were fake. At the end of the call they said, " If you do not respond, we wish you good luck." haaaa haaaaa...too funny!  Anyway, called them back, I asked for a copy of what they were accusing me of and she said I couldn't have one until I am at court. She argued with me about that. I hung up on her and I didn't hear from them after.  BUT now my brother just got a call from them the other day. Crappy people!!!

I foubd your message looking this Special Investigator lady.  She left a message for my ex husband, whom I have been devorced from 1997, our daughter has the same last name so I am thinking she called because of that. But, I didn't get her full number because answering machine cut off, I got 803-36?-????.  I am glad I saw this message. Thank you!!
