Dr. Franklin has done it again... Text me about a house in Spruce Grove AB Canada .. Rent for $1600 with utilities.. We went and took a look on the outside. Becasue they had the keys in South Carolina ... I did some google yesturday, didn't find much about him or his F lawyer that he wanted me to sent $400 too.... Googled his laywer which live at 6 cherry him Sewickley Pennsylvania 15143.. Her name is Danielle A Friend, he said she works at Howard Hanna Law Firm .. There is no one by that name at Howard Hanna Real Estate Services ... I called them to confirm >>> I just called South Carolina cops and reported this number for there scam they are doing on people.... What a F losser .. I almost hurt my family by handing in our notes at our place... One thing I can say is go to the door of the place they give and ask around which we did last night and found out it was a scam before I send any money to them... Thank God...
I hope they good down for what they are doing...

It's a scam I got a email from the guy and looked up the address of the place and there was another listing on Kijiji with that address for more then he was saying
