10/13/08 -- I just received a call from this number -- 803-454-9224.  It was a call-bank, urging me to vote for Daniel Biss (a candiate for Illinois represenative).   The caller was rushed in speech, had poor enunciation, and was more obnoxious than helpful.

I am on the Do Not Call list and should not receive these kinds of calls!

Hangs up when answering machine picks up, no answer on my return call.  They should be stopped.

This number keeps calling me. I can not get a call to go through when I call it back. very annoying. I am also on the DNC list.

(803) 454-9224 has been calling here several times a day.  ?? Next time I'll try answering to see what they say.

Keeps on calling, every hour, three times a day

okay.....so the 803-454-9224 number just called me again! theyve called me 5 times a day for the past 3 days! i told them to take me off of their list and they said that "they dont have a list and if i would just answer their survey then they would stop calling"! i'm getting extremely mad...not only are they harassing me but also very rude when you do answer!

When I ask to be removed from their calling list "Steven" stated that they were non-profit and therefore above the law and would continue to call day after day until I answered their questions.  He then continue to demand answers or he would make sure I was called multiple times every day.  I then hung up the phone and filed a complaint at https://esupport.fcc.gov/form1088/1088bform.do
I know it was a waste of time, since they never do anything, but what can you do, these type of people really are above the law.

Called yesterday and today and didn't leave a message. Called back and the number is disconnected.

Called three times. Called back and was identified as a disconnected Verizon customer.

Has been continuously calling and not leaving messages... at least twice a day, everyday for the past week or so. I tried to call it back and it never connected.

I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message. Call is from South Carolina.

Same here, hung up when answered, twice in a 30 minute period.  Anyone have any idea about who this is?
