they handle different cases it depends i'm sure if u contact her back she will let you know the reason of the  reason for the call. but like i stated earlier ms. porter is my case manager and she worked with me. and she is very friendly. i hope this helps

i recived my letter 7 days after i requested it.. like i said by all means you can think and say what you want but they are a legitimate company. my lawyer approved of them and we are very pleased!!

If some joker calls you from this number, DEMAND a notice of validation be sent to you. By MAIL! NOT e-mail or fax. As per federal regulation under the FDCPA. When they refuse, or start making excuses, case closed! They're FRAUDS! NO exceptions!  EVER!

julie re: actually im not a part of their company, I am a woman who know's about my debt and i take care of it instead of trying to hide behind complaints and laws. I done it so I will resolve it... I was just saying they actually care and work with you. But julie if you want to get on the internet and state your opinion  thats totally fine. That is you thats ducking and dodging creditors. angie: re: your feb 19 2014 post - you must work for this hideous debt collection company trying to pass themselves off as a govt agency. very cagey - makes it sound official - "you have been deemed a person of interest" as if it's a criminal investigation. just jerks at a collection agency trying to scare people with unscrupulous tactics

i got the same call today and i called back and talked with ms. porter she was very helpful and she assisted me to the best of her ability... great company and very cooperative

I got this message too,, last week it was a computer call,,"if we have reached an incorrect number please hang up"  now Yesterday i get an actual voicemail about being from a Federal Agency and leaving a case number as federal law prohibits them from leaving any other message. Please call,,xxx-xxx-xxx and mention case number,,, I was going to this morning then something told me to check the number,,am glad I did. Thank you or leaving comments for us wary people to read.

Who is this? Leaving a message federal. First of all the feds do not leave messages. They want you they know where to find you. Collections new way to harass consumers. No Debt here..

Left message and file number says cannot leave anymore information as federal regulation. No debt to collect calling me??
