These people from this number have called my home phone and cell phone. When I advised them that I was on the DO NOT CALL registry and to quit calling the individual cussed me and called me names like "crack w***e". Completely blew me out of the water. That wasn't the only name he called me. He called me MF, F'ing idiot, etc. He then hung up. I'm sick of these people who do this. They are calling me and when they can't scam me they verbally abuse me. It's sickening and shouldn't be allowed. There has to be a way to stop this foolishness. Who are these people? I hope you put them in jail where they belong with telephones where they can only make collect calls. That would be justice!

Multiple employees of our law firm have been receiving recorded calls from this company and we are very interested in speaking with anyone who has been contacted by this number on their cell phone. You may be legally entitled to make those calls stop and potentially receive financial compensation.
The Telephone Consumer Protection Act is a federal law that makes it illegal for a company to use an auto-dialer to make a call to a cellphone without the prior written consent of the recipient. Businesses are allowed to call consumers at home using an auto-dialer, but not your cell phone. If prior consent was given, it can easily be withdrawn.
If the caller violates the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, there?s a penalty of $500 for each call, and if the caller knows he is violating the law, as most do, the penalty is $1,500. While you don?t always know if the call is coming from an automatic dialer, one hint is if you answer the phone and there?s a moment of silence. During this period the call is most likely being transferred from the automated service to a live person.
If you have been contacted by this company or any other using a recording or auto-dialing system on your cell phone we would like to speak with you. We may be able to assist you in making these calls stop, contact Arguello, Hope & Associates at 281-532-5529 or 1-800-257-8676.

Auto insurance/telemarketers...they are also calling from 803-572-4383 and they are calling my work mobile phone. I travel internationally and is being charged an international rate each time they call. When I tried to speak with someone to ask them to remove my number they continued to hang up and refuse to give any information. If anyone has any additional information regarding this company please let me know. I'm going to be filing a complaint to the local SC BBB and AG's office because according to the law they are not allowed to contact numbers where consumers are being charged for the calls.
I'm seeking any information I can find because someone has to put a stop to all this nonsense!
Thanks for any assistance you can provide.

They call themselves Insurance Placement Center out of s.c. I began to call them from my I pod using free numbers and tie them up when I get bored, I call telemarketers 10xs more than they call me I also act like I want what they sell,, after 15 minutes or so when they ask for personal info I respond " you know if every American kept telemarketers tied up 15 minutes and do not buy anything you guys will. Go broke in a month!!!!" They cuss and hang up on me, makes my day so much better , so next time your feeling down prank call telemarketers it's a great way to pass time and remember if they are tied up talking to you, they can't call anyone else...you can also sue telemarketers, be nice get as much info from them as you can, write down times they call if your on do not call list it's a 500 fine each time they call you again...

telemarketer wanting personal information for a hoax survey from rock hill, sc. asks sometimes for medical history as well. possible 'phishing' scam since telemarketer wants personal details and claims various prizes to win in sweepstakes. Sometimes calls come from automated system and when returned call goes to voice mail or doesn't answer.
DO NOT TRUST THIS CALLER!!!!
