I received a call at work and received their 803-712-4051 number. I have had this happen to me before. I had a great time calling them back every five minutes. The number is from Greensboro, SC I called the Secret Service and spoke to a guy in SC. He indicated that they are probably in some foreign country and using this number. I called the 803 number every five minutes for over an hour and a half. When they would answer, which they wouldn't sometime, I would harass them back. All they would say is "uh huh" in fact I started calling the guy "uh huh". I don't expect them to call me back and I will continued to harass them until this number goes out of service. This is an extoration by terriorists..."DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY" Harass them and they will go away.

Ok so my sister in law and brother got a call from this nubmer ALL THE TIME it was a bunch of foriegners saying tht I owed them money for a payday loan couldnt give me much information other then online service i continued to ask them several questions about the company where they were at the bad part is that they actually had a # come up that was from the same area code as where my sister in law and brother lived. they were asking for me everytime. then this sandrea left a message saying the authorities were coming to arrest me blah blah that they would down load my file. they had me so confused cause i had gone on line bout 5 yrs ago and inquired bout a loan but never got one. they were maybe making me think that it downloaded the loan or something. I gave them a very hard time everytime a talked to them told them i called the police and the better business bureu on them they told me that the sandra that called they would fire because of her actions. ok so then when i talked to  man I ended up harrassing them back telling them to stop harrassing Americans and keep that crap in their own country. i called back 2 weeks after i said id make a payment and told them it would be another 2 weeks and they said ok they would look for the payment and to call them. THey FINALLY quit calling my sister in laws house for me after several several times and my brother did call them back once gave them a fake name they said hold on and came back saying that they had a file for that name and he owed. LOL! RIGHT coiencedetal or what. I never gave them any information no # to contact me either. so today i get a call on my cell phone and now they leave me a message to call back but left no # and this time it was a restriced #. said there was an affidavit filed against me my social security # blah blah. HOW THE HECK DID THEY GET MY CELL PHONE #. i always blocked my # when i called them. uuuuggg. am i going to have to change my # now or what. this sucks. ive been pulling out my hair trying to figure it all.

I dont think its from payday loans. We have never applied for them and they called my son's cell number and left a msg for my husband. My son has only had this cell phone and number for 1 month. They have never called our home or work just his cell.

These people are relentless...they have been calling me for over a year now, from several different numbers.  They all say the same thing or make the same threats...with the exception of one guy who said he was with the legal immigration office and that I would be in violation of immigration laws and be arrested if I don't pay this money.   I had another call today twice at home and my office number. I was threatened to be put in jail and that it would be a big public scandal..Whatever!   I know I do not owe these people, however, my biggest mistake was to enter my information on several payday loan sites seeking a loan a few years ago...but due to the fact i am in the state of Ga I was denied but this was after I have entered all my personal & financial information on these sites.  I am almost sure this info was obtained from those online applications.   I have asked them on several occassions to fax me their information including the officer's badge #, company name & address, etc.  Each time they will either hang up or get mad and start yelling but will never give any information.  One things for sure they will never give up but don't give in to these people, they are NOT legit..Report them to REAL law enforcement and pray somehow, someway they get caught and leave us alone!!!!

I to recieved a call from these people .it was an indian who spoke better english than most and for once he didn't sound like he was reading. he identified himself as officer daniel black with bci the burea of crime identification and i defaulted on a payday loan and i will be picked up and detained on criminal charges.  i called a lawyers office who assured me he was a scam.i to have applied for payday loans and my info has been blasted there are numerous indians calling me leaving messages. most have more american sounding names than me funny ha. they all speak bad english and sound like they are reading.ignore them.report them and hope for the best

I received a call from this company also saying that I owed on a payday loan taken out march of 08.
I never took out a loan and told him to kiss my a**!
He wanted me to verify my SS# and I told him that I would not confirm anything and that I would be calling the police and my bank.
My bank told me that this was a fraud. The funny thing was he called my husband and son's cell phone to get to me! Makes you wonder how they get this information!!! HMMMMMMMMM

Received call at 12:34 am asking if we had called this number.
The person on the other end sound inebriated and said he was "ho**y".

My husband called 803 712 4051 acting like me and using a fake name acting like a woman. They talked to him and thought that he was a woman apparently. They claimed that we owed $1,987.96. This is so lame! DO NOT GIVE IN TO THESE PEOPLE!!!!!! IT IS A SCAM!!!!! He went as far as giving bogus information. They claim to be a debt collection agency and threaten to put you in jail. If they call you, do not give them any money. We did this as a test to see if they were real and obviously they are not. They are people from India using a voice over IP to act like they are Americans.

no one in the office speaks clearly so it is hard to understand what they are saying but guy with a heavy asian accent calls himself James Brown. As if. I never could understand what he was saying on a name or the name of the company. But he claims that I have a payday loan of 300 and I owe 1800 on that? So he is either a crook loan shark. I do not have payday loans in my name so he is just a crook who somehow has my soc.

These people just called me.  I did not pick up.  On the caller ID it said 0000000000.  I checked the message that they left and it was from the same woman who called me from 8037124051.  She said her name was Kelly Wilson.  I know this is a scam.  She reminded me on the message that if I did not pay I would be thrown in the corral!

These jerks called me and threatened to send me to jail!  Same crap, heavy accent, stupid dialog.  They are full of it.

I have been receiving calls from an Officer Lisa at 803-712-4051 for a week.  She claims to be from the Bureau of Criminal Identification and threatens me with a law suit for a debt I do not owe.
She also calls me at work, an Elementary School, and harrasses the office workers.   I am going to change my phone number.  Can anything else be done about this scam?  They are breaking all kinds of federal laws.

I am getting calls from a Lisa that says she is from BCI and that she is calling about a very serious better that contain my Name and SS number.  If I do not call them back by  6:30 eastern time there will be serious matter at my work place. I thought it was again the law for the people to call you at work with threatening calls. This Lisa will call me 2 to 3 times back to back and then leave a message

I have been receiving the same freaking calls from 1-803-712-4051 B.C.I.They even read me some bogus laws before they continue with the threats.They even know my social security number for christ sake. They have provided me with a fax number to send my bank account informations. The fax number is 270-517-8800, I did some research and found out that this number is located in cs-1081/old railroad bed rd morganfield, ky. Whoever can forward that information to the authorities PLEASE DO. THEY NEED TO BE STOPPED!!!!!!!!!

These are India debt collectors calling on payday loans. THey use names like Criminal Investigation Bureau, Department of Federal Fraud to scare you into thinking they are law enforcement. They are punks out to steal your money.

I am so tired of these people.  I have been getting harrassed for at least a year now.  They have called from several different numbers but they all say the same stuff and issue the same threats. They all claim to be some type of law enforcement officer. ONe guy told me he was with the federal immigration office and I was in violation of immigration laws and i was going to jail if I didn't pay this pmoney.. I know for a fact that I do not owe any money and when I ask these people to fax me their information to prove they are who they say they are....including the officer's badge #, their company name, address etc...they always hang up on me...or get mad and start yelling...Once I called him back at least 5 or 6 times when  he would hang up and after awhile he just stopped answering the phone....They are definately not legit...but one things for sure they will not stop and will continue harrassing you...

I received a message today from Officer Daniel Black of BCI (Bureau of Crime Investigation), states there is a legal complaint in his office linked to my SS #.  I'm pretty sure I'll not call him back, he sounds just like the "John Baker" that calls my place of work 30 times a day.  We've tried tracing those calls at work and are unable to get anything.  We've forwarded them to the police dept, and they have called them and tried looking up their numbers and so called business names, but got nothing from their searches.  They believe these people are calling from another country, and unfortunately they can't really do anything about them.  So, now they have set up a new extension at work just to forward these calls for me to.  Hoping they will get sick of calling and stop.

Just received a call from 496-909-8001 and the lady with accent said she was Officer Meghan Johnson and that I have several charges against my social security number.  I would no verify any of the information she was rattling off and told her this was a scam, she then got mad and said I was going to be "picked up" and to have my lawyer call her back at 803-712-4051 x 387.  I know this is a scam and I've reported it to the Secret Service, FBI and the FTC.

When I did the reverse look up on the 496-909-8001 it said it was a cell phone.  The other number is also unlisted but is located in Winnsboro, South Carolina.  Both of these numbers were listed as scam numbers.

I TRIED THE ATTORNEY GENERAL THREAT AND THEY DIDNT CARE, I EVEN SAIFD HOLD ON IM ON THE OPTHER LINE WITH THE POLICE, HE SAID HE COULD HOLD. THEY DONT GIVE UP AND THEY WILL CONTINUE TO BOTHER U.

Called my husband at his place of work and told him that they were from the us bureau of crime or something like that and that he was being sued for a payday loan he took out in 2008.  They had thick accents and told me they could not give me the number for the payday loan company for legal reasons.  They told me that I had until 7 pm eastern standard time to get them the money or we would receive something in the mail from them.  Googled the number 803-712-4051 and discovered it was a scam that was calling a lot of people.

There is a new name for this person now. her name is mary phillis or phillips unable to understand her when she speaks. she has called and called again. at my work and cell phone. and has apparently somehow taken money from my account. DO NOT BELIEVE WHAT SHE SAYS!!!

I have received numerous of calls for this # as well as the other # same type of message same accent.  I have reported each of them to attorney generals office. each # each time.  My best advise to you is to ingore their calls.  Once you speak them, they will not stop calling.  Report them to the offices list above and NEVER speak to them.  They are kind of like that stray dog.  If you feed them they will comeback.  If you ingore them they will go away.

I have received harrasing calls from a nikki Harris and now a Kelly Wilson. They called my job I will not talk to them. They have left messages with my supervisors saying this is a legal matter and that I will be summons to court tomorrow. I haven't received anything in the mail. they are only contacting me on the phone at my job. I never see the number on my home phone. I'm glad I decided to do a search on this number 803-712-4051 before they scare me up into sending money. They want stop calling my job. How can you get thm to stop?  They say they are calling from BCI.

I am geting these same calls at work and on my cell and I was told today that this is Officer Jeff Perkins with the Bureau of Criminal Idenity office and this is a very serious matter and you need to call me back right away or your be arrested. Well I told him excuse me isnt it against the law to impersonate a law inforcement officer and he said he's not well I have talked to my attorney and he called them and he said the same thing I have it all on tape and hope to nail this whole company with fraud charges and harrsement charges.

I am in the Air Force and have spoken to Kelly Wilson and Tracy Hoffner from 803-712-4051. What wonderful names from PAKISTAN!  They have called my cell phone for the past three days, leaving messages about them being a part of the Bureau of Criminal Investigation and that I took out a loan in November 2008 and never paid it back.  This is a tall tale.  They said they have tried to contact me through email, but got no response so now I pay up or the cops are going to come to my house to arrest me.  I was startled and really really started to question myself (did I click on something stupid on the internet on accident?) all I asked was for them to send me something in the mail, and they told me that they could not because the case was already too far for them to send me anything.  I started to get very angry at this point, because it wasn't until a few days ago that I heard from these people.  I learned that it's illegal for them to not send you anything in the mail with this type of allegation.  They told me I had until 5 EST to come up with the money or I would be arrested.  I said, Sir, I'm in the military and have been deployed for the past 120 days up until a couple months ago and you're just now calling me about some loan I took out almost a year ago? The minute I told this person I was in the military he started yelling at me that I was lying and that my lies were being recorded and I will be arrested for that.  Then every colorful word just started flying out of my mouth and he finally hung up.  The end.  I feel much better after reading all of your stories as well.  Take care and don't answer their calls

Nicki Harris is also Sandra Parker and Lisa Hopkins. That is the same number she is using to contact me at my place of business. She has left messages with my co-workers giving them my personal information and threathening messages. I agree, it is the same group of people who will call, then stop for a while if they are not successful with you, then start the process all over again with a different person calling you. There has got to be a way to stop them from calling.

When I got to work this morning I had a message from Nicki Harris who has a foreign accent said that she was from U S Crime Department and that I needed to call her back at 803-712-4051 in reference to a dept.  She did not say who I owe the debt to just that I needed to call her back ASAP or she would have to download my case to the local law enforcement.  This is the second time I have received a call from someone demanding money, I also received a call from a Det Martin Scott 201-710-7086 about month ago claiming the same thing, when I told him that they were trying to scam me they stop calling and now I get a call from this person.  I think that when they stop calling from one number they start using a different number to scam you.  When you receive a call from a foreign person requesting you pay a debt take the number and look it up on the internet and I bet you will others that they are trying to scam you.
