The caller I.d. says the caller is convergent resolution. They say they are trying to collect a debt. If you are a work from home person be careful with who you apply with because they will sell your name and address to Bill collectors. APAC, convergys. Nco are just a few that will turn your information in and you will receive calls from all kinds of old debt collectors.

called me from this and said I owed money to the franklin mint.It has been over 20 years since I have ordered anything from them.

Those wanna be college kids..or punks will hound you, etc..to aggravate you.  Thanks god for fax..the fax does the talking...Smiles!!  

Got a call from this number is it a scam ?

I got a call from this company on my skype after only having this number for less than a month.  They asked me my name and to verify the address they have on file and proceed to telling me its an attempt to collect a debt for a card I never had and that isn't on my credit report.  I have my credit constantly and I have no collections, therefore, I know its a scam.  They tell me I owe over 600.00 and they want me to pay.  So I explain to them that I never lived at that address and she says I will send the papers back.  You would think that if they are going to be proficient scam artists, especially during the holidays they would at least to some research on who they are scamming.

They are a debt collection company, in our case, they are trying to collect on an item that is over 14 years old.  Good Luck with them.  They are hard core collectors that specialize in REALLY old things.  

This company has started calling me daily about an AT&T bill my uncle supposedly owed them. My uncle passed away almost 4 years ago and his probate has been closed over 3 years!

this company doesn't get it when you say your not the person there looking for, I told them to stop calling I have no debt and I will call the attorney general and file a complaint.

Convergent Outsourcing, a collection agency for cell phone companies such as Sprint, Alltel, etc... and it could also be for other companies. They are aggravating and I dont owe anybody. I dont even know how they got my number and isnt that harrassment?? They call me 4-5 times a day!

Just received a call from this number. It was a recording...said it was Kelly Smith with a call to Laurie P. Way (me) then it disconnected.

I want my number taken off their list. I have no idea who they are and how they got my number. Very annoying and they dont even speak clear English.  Number they call from is 1-803-740-3319

They called me today too.  Not sure who it is.  When I called back and recording picked up and told me to hold for the next available operator.  Who's got time for that???

I called the number back and I asked the lady to repeat what she said and she hung up on me....called back and she said something like "Converging Outsourcing"....I asked her to explain what that is and she continuously hung up on me.....AAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGG!!
