received, no one spoke, heard typing

also got a call, no one spoke, heard nothing...

Got a call from this number, I didn't answer it because it was not a number I recognized.  They hung up and didn't leave a message.

Got a call, picked up, they hung up, recalled the number and called it, got generic answering machine

Received a hangup call from this number.

this number called and i said hello about 30 times before there was dead silence and after about a hour (not literally) they finally just hung up

Got a call from this number, answered it, and after saying hello 4 times, knowing someone was still on the line but said nothing, I hung up.

I checked my caller ID and then called the number back.  Answering machine stated that it was the Firefighter Fundraising Office.

Received call, and told it was Columbia, SC Firefighters soliciting a musical Event to benefit local Burn Center.

These people call every week of the year, sometimes several times a week asking for money.  Sometimes they show up on caller i.d. as Firefighters' Assoc., sometimes they block their number.  I wish these people, and also the Fraternal Order of Police (FOP), would stop calling.

Im on the do not call list. they should be fined be the Gov.

Now appears to be owned by Citi Financial

I got the call too.  They say they are from the Fire Fighters Fund Raising office.  I didn't fall for it, so the guy slammed the phone down....!! Get this..I traced the number on searchbug.com and it traces back to a "Lindsey Consignment Shop NC"  I guess in Charlotte NC.  Weird

I got a call from them too and they claimed to be from the Fire Fighters Association and they wanted me to donate money....HA!!! yeah right!

They call and leave no message and they call at least once a week.

A CALL FROM THIS NUMBER AND I DO NOT ANSWER UNKNOWN NAMES.  I DO NOT RECONZIE THIS NUMBER!

When i answered no one said anything..at least now i know where it came from. I am really fed up with all these strange calls..

I received two phone calls from 803-753-8014 (one on 7/29/09 and the other on 7/30/09).  I returned the call, but the recording stated voice mail box was full.  I'm glad to know that I do not need to attempt to call back.

Didn't leave a message.  Found number on this site.  Called the number and got an answering machine.  Said they were firefighters fundraising agency.

They call my house about once a year.  They're not actually raising money for active firefighters.  It's some firefighter's organization.  The guys in the big trucks don't get any benefit.  I lump them in with charity scams.

Called me also with the fire fighter solicitation. Called back and machine said mailbox was full.

SOMEONE FROM 803 753- 8014 CALLED AND KNEW MY NAME AND ALL AND WOULD NOT TELL ME WHO THIS WAS .

My eighty one year old mother fell and was injured on the way to answer the phone when this business or fund-raiser called. I need to know who it was and who is in charge so I can get some answers! I will not stop til I find out who was responsible!

They just caaled my house & when the answering machine picked up, they hung up.

on jan 1 2009 i received the same call from this number and it was a fire fighter when we answered they hung and when we called back there was no answered

This # is for the Firefighters Fundraising office here in SC. They just called here and hung up. We called the # back and of course there was no answer, just an answering machine.

I just checked my log and they called before on Nov. 21.

Whoever it was just said Hello in a gruff voice and hung up.

They are Lindsey Consignment NC Shop.  Don't know why they are calling my number.  No message left.
