Who is the owner?

Someone called from this number and there was a terrible connection - I could barely understand a woman with an Indian accent that passed this on to a man with an Indian accent that asked something about healthcare.

I meant i also got a call. they hung up.

I did too.

They got my cell number and called me. Said nothing and then hung up.

Got a call on my cell phone. no idea who it is

Tried caling back and it was a non-working number. They called my cell phone.
