Thank you for your information.  Same woman, same scary message.  She says they are going to file charges against me in a local county.  It's for a Kohls credit card with about $300 outstanding.  I'm scared but don't have the means to pay right now.  It's outstanding from when I was married about 5 years ago.

i recieved a call from a mrs lydia witherspoon that a civil suit was filed on my social security also had the last of my social when i called the # back i reached it but it was a recording and it did not say the company name i believe this is a collection agency fradulently using the ss as a tool to try to collect

I got a call from a mrs.witherspoon stating there was questionable conduct on my social securty number. I called the # back and got a voicemail personal to her but no compmany name.......she didsay in her voivemail my last 4 of my ssn. ...creepy!
