I actually did contact them as i was desperate for $ due to health issues, otherwise i would never have contacted a place like this, but i was desperate to get rid of my pain. I reluctantly gave them a bit of money, they told me i will have the loan promised the next day, i asked if they knew how to get it to me they said they did.  Next call was they needed more because their lenders found a black mark on my past credit, we fought, finally they won & i sent them a little more money, telling them i really had no more, they promised me $. Of course, next call was that we would all be in trouble with IRS, i didnt give them more $, this one actually did make me LAUGH, i told them i wasnt afraid of they IRS, they told me they were, I said i dont care about you, then the saidthat is the problem-I dont care about them (i laughed again) i told them they dont care about me, went on for a minute, finally i asked if they could just stop calling me as he accomplished his job by stealing my money & i did my part by giving it to him-I think i may have really hurt his feelings when i told him to take his girlfriend or boyfriend or would the devil be your date, out to dinner with my money! I really dont feel to bad about hurting his feelings & by the way Austin Williams (with the Indian accent) if your reading this.. you owe me $361.33-i hope someone POISINS your curry!

I received a call from a man named Sean Parker telling me that I am approved for a 45000 loan if I would call him back at this number. I haven't requested a loan of any sort but he knows my name and number.

Typically it goes like this... "This message is intended for "Name". I need you or your retained attorney to give us a call at our toll free number at 1-blah, blah, blah... This matter is extremely time sensitive. Please reference case # regarding your social security number. I am with the Legal Attorney in your area and if you do not call me back today, then we will notify your employer and we will meet you at the court house to go to jail. Good day and good luck."...Blah, blah, blah. So...the first time I called them back I was told that I owed (Some enormous amount of money) and that if I wanted to pay it, I could to keep from going to jail. I then thought I would see how this works...So I speak to the guy for a while who then tells me that I will need to go and put the money on a green dot card and then call him back with the number. Once I give him the information, he would email me the release of the documents so that I will not go to jail. This was actually quite comical and then I started thinking ...People really fall for this...PLEASE...PLEASE...PLEASE...do NOT send money via a green dot card...I don't care what they say or threaten or whatever. If it's a legitimate collection situation, 1. They have to provide proof. 2. They have to give you an address 3. They cannot threaten you verbally or physically and they also cannot call your employer if you advise them not to.
If they violate any or all of these, they are more than likely not legitimate. Don't waste your time or your money on these idiots....

I got 3 calls in less than a minute from this number. The first call the person said he was "John" calling from Auto Loans, I told him no one from my number contacted them and "John" hung up.  Immediately the phone rang and it was "John" from PayDay Loans calling and I told him "I just talked to you and told you no one from this number applied for anything and if you don't quit calling I will contact the authorities" "John" hung up. Again almost immediately the phone rang (and foolishly) I answered it even though I saw it was the same number and this time it was "Dave" about my loan application.  I told him to quit calling Nobody applied for a loan at my number and I was calling the police. "Dave" said "then why do I have your f****** application in front of me you mother f************ s****" and he hung up.  He actually called again about 10 minutes later about my "loan" and I told him I had called the police and he hung up.  Just today.....they have called my number 23 times.  The authorities have been notified and complaints have been filed.

I got a call and he said we will arrest you.

Beware this is a scammer..Very rude language.

Why our goverment is not doing anything?

We are trying to get a short term installment loan. This guy called, we did what he said, he managed to get 210.00 out of us. Names Mike Walker. 8038833243. Opened a fraud investigation. As he kept asking for more and more collateral, and processing fees.

Some notes on this. Open up a report with your bank for fraud (we never got the loan, once I called back, the man screamed at me, stating that we were not gonna talk to him like that, and hung up the phone).

Also He is posing as a lending institution. http://dfi.wa.gov/consumers/alerts/cash-usa.htm is the federal trade commission alert on this. Make sure you call them too. and your local authorities.

My boyfriend just got one of these calls earlier today. He didn't answer, so the guy left him a voice mail: My name is David Williams, this is a Federal Crime Investigation...You owe restitution...This call is for (boyfriend's name) with social security number ending in ****...Your case number is ****...You will lose your job...Blah, blah, blah...Once again, this call is for (boyfriend's name), with social security number ending in ****....Your social security number has been blocked....blah, blah, blah...Have a blessed day." Extremely thick Middle Eastern accent with a lot of background noise. apparently he called back and my boyfriend answered and talked to him, and the guy told him he was 'not there to serve' him and a bunch of other nonsense before he just hung up on him. My iPhone shows the number is based in Sumter, NC, but my research showed that this calling center is likely based in India. Sad that so many Americans probably fall for this con.

I also got a call from "Officer" David Williams. said he was  on a Federal Crime Investigation and asked for my SS #, when I wouldn't give it to him, he said I would be arrested and lose my job. Then he hung up!

I am also getting the same calls from David Williams and he is cussing at me calling me and screaming all kinds of stuff.

i got a call from a foreign guy stating he is going to get me fired bc of a usapaydayloan. I did nor have I ever went to a payday loan.
