Recieved a recording on my answer machine. The message stated a problem with an account on F and M Bank. I have no said account. Caller ID read Richmond, VA.

I've been getting numerous calls from the same number claiming to be a rep from F&M Bank. What can be done about this? We live in Clarksville, TN.

I live in Oak Grove Ky which is right next to clarksville tn I have a clarsville cell phone and a ky cell phone I have received the same cal 3 times this being of the numbers on my clarksville number once to my ky number and a friend in clarksville also with the same bank has received the same call from a completely different number

Got a similar call at 12:30AM! here in Kentucky  Hung up when they told me to dial "1" to speak to an operator.

also live in clarksville, tn and got a call from this number on my cellphone at 2:03 a.m. we received the same scam call from 646-572-6422 on our home number the other night, so we have been pretty wary of numbers we don't recognise.

I just got a call a short time ago on my cell phone [Sunday May 17, 2009] at 3:10 P.M. central time in Clarksville, Tennessee with the same bank fraud message as Kim [see above comments]. The automated caller claimed they were calling  about a problem with my F & M bank account. I don't have a problem with my account with this bank because I don't have an account with this bank. The problem that I have with these fraudulent calls is that I and others that I know keep getting them over & over again.... for months now. Other people get caught for fraudulent actions, why don't these people, who are so prolific with these annoying calls, get caught & prosecuted [and maybe even electrocuted or at least neutered!]

Same message from f and m bank phishing for info on your credit cards. I don't bank there so i would like to know how they got mine and my wifes cell phone numbers.

This number (804-201-4313) keeps calling my husband and myself, saying that they are from F & M Bank, and that someone has accessed our account....we don't bank with F & M...it's always an automated call, asking us to speak with someone from their security center. I'm sure it's just to get our information so they can screw us over. Just a heads up.
