donated money and then saw this was the company on fox news that made 100 million dollars and only donated 2 million dollars. Complete scam

"local Call Area" I think not. nobody there and just hangs up.

8:15 a.m. Saturday morning - no one on the other end.

I am on do not call list,  how do these jerks bypass the rules?  How do we prevent them from calling again?

This number called and answered it and they hung up.  They call from a different number as well

I just got one of those calls from them ! I picked up they new my name . And started chatting . Then mid sentance they hung up . What a bunch of jerks . they really need to get a life .

Annoying!!!  Caller I D states "local call area" so no idea who/what this is.  No message or person on the line.

This call came local which it is not, and I'm on the do not call list and also unlisted, how do these people out of state get our numbers. It's so frustrating,from NY.

my phone number is on national do not call list and stilln we receive these calls where they call so many times a day and hangs up when we answer them.

they call atleast 2 times a day and hang up when you answer it, its just annoying

A lady asked me three times to donate to some type of "breast cancer victim" support.  It was not a nationally recognized group of which I have ever heard. She made it clear it was not for research and the funds would go directly to the patients/victims.  Maybe it was legitimate but her pitch was so amateur and unclear, I am doubtful.

NO ANSWER ON OTHER END CALLED AT 9:28 AM

DO NOT CALL THAT NUMBER BACK!  A women left a message on my answering machine from that number and said, "Is Bob there"?  and then hang up.  When I called back to find out who called I got a recording saying that "you were contacted by a fund raising organization".

Within one hour after calling to find out who called me I was bombarded by telemarketers selling all kinds of different things.  I received 7 telemarketing calls in 3 hours.

We are NOT local to this number but caller ID says "Local Call Area". When they call there is no one on the line then they hang up. They started calling in November and have continued to call. First call was about 9:15 now it's as early as 8:15. Each time it's 15 minutes earlier than the last time. When I try to call number back I get a pre-recorded message saying, "Thank you for calling the fundraising information center. We tried to contact you earlier with a message from one of the nations finest children and health organizations or public safety groups. If you have any questions please press 1 and follow the prompt." When you do that it says, "Please enter your phone number after the tone and a representative will return your call." Then it tell you thank you and hands up. But noone calls you back that day. They call the next morning even earlier than last time and again no one is on the phone and they hang up. I just want these people to stop calling!!!! They wake my kids up all the time!!

I called the number back and it is a fundraising organization.
