I love my Challenger too!!!

I just got a call from this number.  I did purchase a Dodge Challenger recently so after reading the comments here, I'm assuming they are calling about my purchase experience.  I don't really care to talk to them so I think I'll just block the number.  :)

CallerID says "Not Available"

No message, and if it's Chrysler, I have never had one!

OTOH, not the first time I've encountered my phone number as stale data in customer databases from before it became my number.

I can attest to the fact that this is INDEED from Chrysler LLC as I am a sales consultant at my local Chrysler Jeep Dodge dealership in Boise ID and I too got a call after I bought my new Chrysler 200. Rest assured it is legit!!! They simply want to thank you for your purchase and make sure that your sales consultant or if you had your vehicle serviced did a great job!! SO PLEASE ANSWER if you can. This is how were rated but our bosses. :-)

It is annoying but read the posts above. Call 1 800 864 8601 and add your number to the do not call listfor this company. it is compeltely automated and only takes a second,

I keep getting calls from this number, they do not leave a message. I am on the on call list. They call at least 3 times a day including Sundays. I will not answer caller that come up in my caller ID I don't recognize.

I purchased a Dodge Ram truck on thursday, started getting calls from this number on Friday, said unknown number, I did not answer, they did not leave a mrssage! Same number called again Saturday afternoon, again I did not answer, and again no message. Today, Sunday, they call again! I Google the number and get this site. So like the others on here, it must be Dodge/Chrysler, but to call on a Sunday and also don't leave any message when they call! Or at the very least, when they call, let the caller ID display who they are! That would help big time! Don't thry know that alot of people will not answer their phone when the caller ID displays 'Unknown number'! I automatically think its a telemarketer calling, so I don't answer.

Recently purchased a Dodge. Keep getting calls from this number, I don't pick up. Caller ID says it's coming from Virginia. Bah. Well, I will keep ignoring them. Glad to see I'm not alone.

Bought a dodge van last week and have been getting phone calls from Chrysler LLC at least once per day since. They don't leave a message. This is bull. We've never bought a Chrysler product before and never will again. This is harassment pure and simple. We've never had ANY vehicle company do this. Why not just send a letter???

They call several times a day. Say I owe a debt from a company I have never done business with. I don't owe any money to anyone. SCAM!!!!

804-234-9032 called me numerous times during past month.  Started when I looked at Jeep's.  I did buy a Summit yesterday locally and it is not the dealership calling me.   I hate these calls and I tell the guy or gal to bug off in no uncertain lady-like words!  I'm reporting them to FCC.  Creeps.

I got a call from this number and called back. It is a survey company for Chrysler Jeep Dodge and it is legal for them to call. The number given to be placed on a DO NOT CALL list is 800-864-8601.

Bought adodge caravan 2013, they have been calling for a survey....

I been receiving calls from this number and I never answered.  Reading the prior comments it gave me the idea that this is a spam.

Have gotten several calls but, I do not answer any number I am not familiar with.  My Jeep is 2 years old, but I do get my oil changes at the dealership.

This is Merritt (or Marek? or Maritz?) Research, calling for Chrysler. They'll put you on a no call list if you call 1800 864 8601.

If you call the number back they will tell you who they are, (Merrit Research on behalf of Crysler LLC) and why they are calling and that they will try to call you again BUT if you do not wish to get another call from them, you can be added to their "NO CALL" list. They are research so they are not affected by National No Call List. I will await their call as I had the best car buying experience of my life, (there have only been 5), and I will gladly share that. FYI, it was at Christopher Dodge World in Golden, Colorado. :)

I notice page 1 of these posts goes all the way back to '08 so this number has been used to annoy people for a very long time.  Like many other posters, we just took delivery on a new Jeep a few days ago.  I, too, would love to answer a survey if it came to me via email or snail mail.  I'm not talking to any of these douches on the phone, nor am I answering verbally to a robot.  I would love to tell them about our recent purchasing experience, but when they call and leave no message on a Saturday afternoon......well, as far as I'm concerned they can go love themselves.

Several different numbers.  I don't give a rat's a@# which company it is, I love my Town and Country too, but if this is Chrysler's Gov't paid way of outsourcing or whatever, they've lost a customer, Period!

for an oil change I started getting these calls first from a california number and now this number.  I only take
it to dealer for oil change because chrysler chooses to not make the oil filters not available to general public.

CHEVROLET DEALER IN PRYOR ALSO.  I bought a new 2013 chevrolet silverado from a dealer 65 miles
away two months ago, rather than deal with this crap again.

Yeah... I just got about 4 weeks ago brand new Ram 1500 from a Dodge dealer and now getting calls from 1-804-234-9032... I wish they wouldn't call me.

Just like the rest of you.  Call comes nearly every day.  And I am the proud owner of a Chrysler 200.  Car is great.  Research company SUCKS!

Chrysler got a bail out from the government to stay in business, they're getting my money directly because I like the Jeep brand and quality, now they have an annoying marketing company constantly calling and not leaving a message.

This number called me 2-3 times per week.  Don't recognize the number so I let go to voicemail. Left no message.

This number has called me 3x in the past 6 days. I DO own a Dodge vehicle, but I do NOT want to be bothered with the survey. I guess I should have just done the one they sent in my email to avoid getting the calls. I don't really feel like answering the phone for them. How can I get them to stop??

Got this number on my cell tonight. I didn't pick up. I live in Quebec and I drive a Honda . Wonder why they called here if it's a survey for Dodge/Chrysler :-/
