This is b***s*** ,,,, if u get any call from this number then don't answer the phone these guys r bunch of SCAMS!!.......

I've already put some info on here, but heres some more. I called back pretending to be a lawyer for one of there clients and told them that they were not legite and they still insisted that they were and that we would just tell them that cause we owed them money! So I proceeded to tell them that we have a recorded conversation of the supposedly Jamie at the beginning of the message saying should I be Jennifer this time? Then preceeded that she was Jamie Moyer! Guess what? CLICK!!!  They hung up real quick!!! No joke they are a scam or why would they hang up!! I was actually told to play scare tactics back on them then they would leave you alone. Hope they get caught soon. Cause older people who don't have internet would not know to check up on this stuff and are probly being taken advantage of. God help them!

Just go a call from the same people saying that they were the Judical Support Bureau and they also said about a pay day loan being outstanding! Never had this! Kept insisting that I had to pay them. When I asked for the creditors name and number of course they made one up and gave me a number that went directly back to them. I called them out on there scam and they still insisted they were legite. I new they werent. Also threatened me with a restraining order and being supenied to court. I said ok then maybe I would get the real name of the creditor that I supposely owe this payday loan to. They got very smart with me. The name that was used and left on my phone was Jamie Moyer and the funny thing was that she must not of known it was already being recorded cause she was talking to someone else and said maybe I should be Jennifer this time, then said her name was Jamie! I have reported them to the Federal Trade Commission with the websit being www.ftc.gov file a complaint and give them as much information as you can. They even gave me a complete address in Richmond, Va.

we received calls from this number and also got a call 2 months ago from continental legal support. That number is 850 629-8216. I called them back and it was the same line of threats. I told them they could have their money if they came to my house. I said the police would meet them here to verify everything ane they got off the phone really fast. i guess they will keep calling but now im just going to do the same thing. I dont think they can be stopped.

My father got a Message from agent Dayton austin asking for me to call him back regarding a restraining order. Gave me a case number and was told to call 804 316-9075 back. I haven't live with my father for over 7 years, and the number was changed due to harrassing calls. I've never taken out a payday loan in my life! Bogus!!!

i also recieved phone calls from  this number claiming that i have a pay day loan taken out and that i can have them take out the money out of my bank account yea right they taking nothing out of bank account until i see it in paper that i owe this

Some Lisa Grant called and said I had a court matter a restraining order that I needed to take care of within 24 to 48 hours of course it was left in october on my machine.  They used my old married name and when I call and press 2 it just hangs up.

They called me with a message saying I was being sued and that my bank account would be leined against. Wehn I called back they said i was going to be taken to court and sued for malicious intent to defraud a company. He asked me. Did you try to defraud my client. I said absolutely not. I let them know I would be more than happy to get to the bottom of it. All they needed to do is send me some documentation. Then the guy got very defensive and said if Im not going to cooperate with a settlement then they would see me in court. I said that is fine im more than happy to see you in court. Ill notify my attorney he will be recieving documentation. Then he got even more defensive and asked If I had been give a physical subpoena yet. I said not yet. But I would look out for it. Then it went into some silence. Then he hung up. If anyone involved knows of a class action suit against this company I will testify.

Well I receive a call from that same 804-316-9075 number but they called my parents house and left a msg that I should get a lawyer.  After I called the number back a few times I decided to look up this so called Judicial Support Bureau online and this site is what I came up with.  My parents were scared to death that someone was trying to sue me for some reason or another but I told them not to concern themselves because it was probably another scam. (I was RIGHT!) The name is what I think really worried them because it starts with Judicial. I was not worried because there was nothing in my history that would make anyone want to sue me for anything. Thanks guys KEEP reporting these people and making others aware of the trifling people trying to reap the benefits of our Hard Earned $$$$$!

i have recieved the same phone calls and they know my name,my social and even my old bank account its like they stop for a few months and start all over again

Called and said I owed money to Check n Go, except I I've done business with them. They won't supply me with any documentation, or proof. I called Check n Go, and they did'nt have me on file as ever doing business with them.

I got a call for my brother-in-law who died a year ago. The woman said there was an action pending in court. I tried to return the call, but kept getting cut off.

I have received several phone calls from this number and messages stating that a Michael Meadows from Judicial Services Bureau is calling regarding a lawsuit pending against me and for my attorney to call ASAP. They have even called my tennant of the home I own in Goodyear, AZ and my Mother as well. I knew it was a scam as I have no past due amounts such as this; but it really bothered me that they called my tennant as my tennant then became concerned their was a judgement on the property I own. How embarrassing! FYI - I encourage all that are being victimized by parties at this firm or phone number fill out an IC3 form on the FBI website. I just did. I don't know what good it will do, but I am going to cite the case number if they call me back and continue to harrass me. Can you imagine how many innocent people they are victimizing and are actually falling for this lie?

I just received a call on my cell phone from a blocked number. Those calls go straight to voicemail. Caller left the same message that the other folks received. "Special investigator Michael Meadows" blahblahblah "affidavit number xxxxxxx" call 804-316-9075 within 48 hours or else. "Good luck."

A few minutes later I received a call from a blocked number, on my work phone.  Same person, same message.

I also submitted an application for an online loan, about a year ago, but I never received a loan.  Whoever purchased our information from these online sites must have made a grip of money selllng it to several scams.  The other calls I received were from folks with VERY strong accents, who use names like Dave Smith.  (Really?)  At least this one spoke clear English.

I just got this exact same call with the same verbage. I called them back after I was hung up on and they wouldn't disclose their address or any other information. Someone needs to put these people out of business.

My husband and I both received a call from this number stating a complaint had been filed against my husband and gave us a case #.  Tried calling back several times after dropping the calls.  Googled the company name and found this site.  Thanks for all the important information.  Now we can rest easy.  Not going to bother calling them back.

i received a call today from this crooks tell me tha same sstuff that i was being subpeon check with google and they are all scams

today november 16,2011 at about 3pm i was studying my bible when my home phone rang and the voice stated on the other end that he was a private investigator and said i was about to be sued and told me to call 804-316-9075# as i tried numerous times i decided to look them up on google and found this page with all of the same stories about this scam. i thank you for all your input as i prayed you have now given me my answer that the world is getting in pretty bad shape when people use use such scare tactics especially around the holidays thank you so much for the help...tim.

I just recieved a call from this number form "Sharon Swader" saying she was calling from Judicial Support Bureau and I had a court order filed against me. She said I received a payday loan on-line which I didn't, however I have applied for loans on-line. She had all of my information and said I would be served then she says good luck. I googled the phone number, it is a cell phone through Verizon and is located in Boston, MA. Then I saw all of these posts and realized it is just a scam. I tried calling the number again and cannot get anyone to answer. I hope this woman is caught soon and locked up for a long time!

I just received the same call.  I never took out a loan, but did apply  for one online a couple of years ago.  They have called my work number numerous times and called everyone I put down as references.  They call my cell phone constantly.  I KNOW I don't owe anyone money because I never took the loan.  I was approved, but interest was ridiculous, so I didn't take it.  They have ALL personal info from the application.   Name, address, SS#, Bank Account - EVERYTHNG.  I know it's a scam, trying to bully and scare ppl in to giving them money.  I'm just worried that they'll just take money from the account!   I'm closing it ASAP.

My parents and I both got calls saying there was a claim against me.  I called back and didn't get through to anyone.  It's clearly a scam.  Any real legal matter would involve a certified letter.  I just hope they leave me and my parents alone.

I had a voicemail on my house phone for someone with the same last name but different first name.  Was supposed to call Sharon Slater back in 24-48 hours to respond to a restraining order with an affidavit number.  After reading all these posts, I now know this is a scam.  These are bold, brash con men! Don't fall for their scam.

This is obviously a huge scam. My parents and in-laws are getting calls about me and stressing them out with the idea of restraining orders and legal action and I should call 804-316-9075 immediately. What can I do to stop these calls? I know they are false, but it is upsetting my family, especially my mother who has a medical condition. Thanks to everyone who has posted - it helps alleviate a great deal of stress and I am sure some doubt in my family's mind.

I just got a call from 804-316-9075 Sharon Slater, but when I called the number back I spoke with a Susan. I asked for Sharon and was told she works out of another office. I have never had this loan so I knew this was a scam. When I asked for proof of the debt she said "it's not my place to provide you with that, i'm just here to settle the matter". They had a nerve to call my sick mom and get her all upset stating I would be arrested and loose my job. I plan to file some kind of action against them. My mom ended up in the ER because she was so upset. Also they violated my privacy. There's got to be something we can do to shut them down.

called the same way, have no bad history.  This should be illigal and checked by attoritys.  Asked for some type of info on this and no respouce.

Yesterday I received my second call from 804-316-9075.  They are listed on you your scam list.  This lady's name was Amy Kimber purporting to be a Special  Investigator for the below mentioned Group.  It said I was being sued for a Tort Claim (Damages) in SC and had to respond in 48 hours.  The call is a VA number and is obviously a scam.  
I will report this to local authorities both and Federal plus the local Courts System in both states mentioned.

Just got the call! And said the exact same thing as all the rest of the posts and something about a restraining order! These people need to be stopped!

My fiancee got the same call from a Sheila Williams about Claim No. KAQT-1146, advising her to contact her attorney about a pending lawsuit! I advised not to call back until I could look this up and sure enough, it sounds like the same scam!!

I ALSO RECEIVED CALL FROM JUDICAL SUPPORT BUREAU BUT WHEN TRIED TO RETURN CALL AUTOMATED VOICE SAID ALL AGENTS WERE BUSY AND WHEN TRYING TO LEAVE A MESSAGE CALL WAS DISCONECTED.  THIS WAS REPEATED EVERY TIME I TRIED TO CALL SO I NEVER GOT TO TALK TO A REAL PERSON. UPON READING THE BLOGS OF EVERONE WHO RECEIVED CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER REPORTED TO THE BBB WHICH WAS SENT TO THE BBB OF CENTRAL VIRGINIA. THE BBB SAID I WOULD BE RECEVING INFORMATION FROM THEM BY E-MAIL SOON REGUARDING THE COMPLAINT.   DONT GIVE OUT ANY INFORMATION TO THIS CALLER !
