last month my husband called me upset stating this num called him and said if he did not pay that fri the next won they will garnish his pay ... i called them back for him and advised this lady that she should not be threatning to people something she cant do in a week. her response was i can and willl . then i finally disclosed to her that i am a collection supervisor and she would need to recap her statement cause i know the law been doing this 10 years... she quickly turned her word around then all in all i made a payment with her and told her i would call her 25th of every month and asked her not to call my husband because his job had no cell phone policy ... Tell me why she has called him 5 times today and its only 935 am ... he called me of course so i called her and she told me dont have to talk to me anymore and i not his wife anyway i advised the witch i had done online payment and she said when what time how .... i tried to advise that my bank sd would be there today she slammed the phone down repeatdely in my ear .. i called back several times and she continued to do ....  what in the world do they train them people..

Hmm well these b*****ds just called me and left a message looks like I'm not returning their call.

I have a voicemail on my phone where she states her name and says she is with "FBI". i called back and she said SCI loud and clear. she knows what she did. i listed to my voicemail at least 50 times and let everyone listen to it and everyone agrees with me. thats misrepresenting yourself. and she had a HORRIBLE attitude. when i simply asked WHAT debt i could possibly have she didnt know what she was talking about. horrible attitude.

I called nextran which is a collection agency to let them know they were calling the wrong number 6 times to find John Doe Christy was the girls name on the phone i spoke with i was asked do i know Jon doe and all i said was no and she said okay well if you would have called six times ago this would not have happened and went bad from there i called back to see if i could speak with the manager and was told "you dont know me i told you goodbye dont call up here with no mess" i was shocked i could not believe that someone is allowed to scream and yell like that and still have a job. this is the nastiest person and company i have ever had to deal with and that is bad i have been in the customer service business for 21 years and i would never talk to anyone like that much less someone trying to let me know i was calling the wrong number.

I reported them to the Police Department because they are a fraud. I too called them back to see if I could speak with someone and she yelled and cursed at me. Once I told her I was going to report them to the Poilice, she was a little nicer and asked if I was "first middle last" name and I said no. My address did not match what she asked me as well. She just said, well I guess we have the wrong person and hung up.

Called on My cell phone, went right into spiel about how they had already contacted me about a debt to West End Orthopedic.  Did not identify themselves, or ask me to confirm mine.  When i finally got  word in edgewise, they realized they had a wrong number.  Hung up in the middle of me explaining their mistake.

Called back, asked to speak with a supervisor, got a guy named scot.  wouldn't tell me his job title, and claimed he was his own supervisor.  Very rude.

Most obnoxious caller and person I have ever talked with on a telephone. telephoned me 4 times directly. Very agressive and stupid remarks. Hope no one else ever has to deal with this,,,,,,,,,,.

I reported them to the Police Department because I have SEVERAL RELATIVES AND FRIENDS there. I do not nor have ever been late paying anything in my life and am retired. Maybe they can give me a job and I can be nice to people unlike their Customer Service and only call legit collection matters! They are a fraud and as I said, I did report them, have them on caller ID and if they continue, I will take my notes, times of calls, pictures of caller ID numbers with name, time and name of company to the Better Business Bureau and to my attorney for slander!

yup I got that bi*** too and they just try to scare you. as long as you send them something even .50 cent a week for the rest of your life they cant do s*** to you and you can tell them not to call your phone and if they want to contact you to do it through mail, if they don't listen then just say the word attorney general and they will most likly back off.

That guy Stuart is BEYOND rude. He called trying to get a hold of my daughter and the first words out of his mouth were "Is she working yet?" at which point I told him that she was not as her husband is currently deployed and his response was "And that means what?". After 5 minutes of badgering he said that he would have to issue a warrant for this debt and I told him to go ahead and do whatever he felt he needed to do. At this point, he asked me why I don't pay HER debt to which I told him that I had just gotten back to work and he said, "So, why don't you pay it for her" and I told him that if I could I would but that I had a mortage and bills to handle at which point he said "You'll never pay this for your daughter because you are selfish and only looking out for yourself" at which point I wished him a very nice day using the abbreviation F-U. I am thinking about coming up with the $150.00 tomorrow and presenting it to their office ALL IN PENNIES!!!!!

OMG this place is unbelivable i just called and the girl that answered the phone is redicoulus i cant believe she has a job in customer service. i am so sorry they were rude to you i can not believe how nasty they were. Her Name was CHRISTY very rude and nasty.
