this is A scam no one is able to speak fluent english, very hard to understand and say they are from Virginia?? You would think someone is able to speak english.... and who wants to pay $110 befor you receive your $6,000.00 grant $?? no one do not be fooled this is a scam also the IRS # is different than give, it pays to do research.....

wannabe irs # do not be fooled this the people calling from 206-452-3315 says this is the irs # ha!
and by the way how do these people get access to our phone numbers
