I keep getting calls from this number on my cell phone while I'm at work. They leave me messages via robocalls saying that there has been an investigation that shows fraud against a financial institution, that a US Title 15 has been filed, and that legal action will be taken against me. They give different numbers to call back and say that I have 48 hours to have either my lawyer or myself call back to give my statement of intent! They say I'm being non-compliant. They never say where they are calling from either. I don't know how to stop them from calling!!

Received automated calls from above number about investigating my name and social security number. Can't understand all of msg cause its always breaking up....received a call this morning from a male automated voice this morning and they say that they can't proctect me from what might happen to me since I did not call them back....it sounded so shady....what should I do?

These people should be put in jail

I have been called by 2 different numbers 1 919 410 6914 and 1 804 486 9103 both automated no human voice at all! They give you a callback number of 1 866 402 4043. This number is for M Callahan and Associates. I had the same problem with them about 5 months ago and they were reported to the BBB and I was told the calls would stop!! They did for a while but have started back again!! I WILL NOT call them back and if it doesnt stop I will go back to the BBB!!!

wait to get something in writing..........I get threatning phone calls as well yes I do owe on a payday loan but had a rough patch and can not make the payments now these people call with threats......

I just received a call indicating that my ssn etc has been involved in fraud and I need to call the attorney to discuss..

804-486-9103 has called my phone everyday and told me they was going to  "EXECUTE" my car????? The man was so rude he demanded money, told me he was coming to get my car, and I have a title loan, when I asked him questions he hung up on me, how rude can that be, then I  called him  back and he tells me he was not talking to me to have my lawyer call him.

Wow, first these people said the wrong name attached to my phone and then told me that they would recommend a stay of execution for some bad checks (that I didn't write).  When did they start executing people for writing bad checks and people really accept checks now??  Good luck with these scam artist.
