A man called and left a message to call back. When I did, it was an invalid number. Next time they called I picked up and he said he was from Capital One and looking for my ex-husband whom I have had no contact with for 20 years or so. I yelled and him and he hung up on me.

I get two calls from this number every weekday. The first one is at 7.15 am (Pacific) and the other one at 1 pm (pacific). The dialer is automatic. They claim to be Capital One. They ask you to wait for an operator and then send you to voice mail. The message asks for your Name, address, phone number, SSN, credit card number and expiry date. Nobody ever answers the call.

I checked with Capital One. The number is a fraud.

I just ignore these calls now.
